The hotel is lacking maintenance. The elevators and hallways are run down. The furniture in the room has seen better days. The vending and ice machines need a through cleaning and some to be replaced.

First room we were placed in smelled like smoke and the heater was broken. Second room was better but limited furnishings and dated. No breakfast included not even coffee, fruit, or breakfast bars. The advertised restaurant Las Palmas was either closed for repairs or hadnt opened yet. Extremely small toiletries provided.

Outlets on the lamps are very loose which makes charging our phones difficult. And grab bars in thebath tub would be VERY helpful Otherwise, our stay was quite pleasant.

This is place is not in a good conditions! If it wasn’t for the location of the hotel. I would never stay here! Front desk is never at the front for guest access, we have to go find them. The towels wasn’t washed well at all with brown lint and discolored and a little bit glad they never had extra. They don’t clean our room at all and the cleaning guy uses towels to mop the floor. The same towels that the guys wash their bodies with. I’m in healthcare and i am grossed out. Trash isn’t picked up outside your room for days.

Not worth the price during peak season

Hotel is nice downstairs, 4th floor ice machine ran but didnt produce ice. Shower and toilet are in a closet size room. The door almost touches the tub. Exhaust fan in bathroom was dirty and didnt work. Balcony door lock was broken, only the J hook would lock the door. Room service is not offered unless you call and request the room to be cleaned or exchange towels.

The absolute worst stay I have ever had in Va Beach. Microwave - broken, people were having a party in the room above me until 3am, no one at the desk to help or answer calls.
