Don’t let the outside of this hotel fool you. When we pulled in at night I was concerned as it appears dark and bland but once we walked through the doors that impression changed. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Good emenities good gym equipment darling restaurant.

my mother needs a roll-in shower - they had us in an accessible room but not roll-in - so they moved us. The breakfast staff is so friendly and helpful. I was originally supposed to stay 3 days here. We were moving my daughter into college. Nice size room, very comfortable. Great little kitchen to cook in. The tub and shower curtain had some staining but no big deal to us. We were very happy with the room. The staff were great!! I ended up having ...
The hotel was in a good location. The free breakfast was good and the staff was very receptive. The only negative thing is that the linen needs to be replaced. Laundry is down on site which appeared to be sanitary, but after while, new linen needs to be purchased.
I've stayed in a lot of places in Lynchburg for the past five years with daughter in college and she is now living there, and I have to say this is probably my favorite hotel for the cost. Fresh cookies and coffee at check-in, which is so welcoming! I like having a microwave and refrigerator in the ...
We stayed at peaks of otter while escaping to the mountains for a few days. Great setting, amazing staff service. I was originally supposed to stay 3 days here. We were moving my daughter into college. Nice size room, very comfortable. Great little kitchen to cook in. The tub and shower curtain had some staining but no big deal to us. We were very happy with the room. The staff were great!! I ended up having to stay another full week because I could not get a flight back to Houston. I was overwhelmed and anxious about getting back. They took good care of me and the rates for the stay. They showed compassion when I needed it most. We will definitely stay there again. Big Thank you to all the staff there!!!!
Stayed here during a recent work visit and was pleased with the accommodations. Good location, clean room, great breakfast and very attentive staff.
This is an older motel property that has gone through extensive renovations.....it is nice but I still prefer the hotel format where you don't enter the room from the outside.
The hotel was just off the highway and there was high traffic which was easily heard on the first floor room. The staff was very helpful. There were not many options for the night.
