Checking in, staff is friendly. The rooms on the other hand - disgusting! Black mold in the bathroom, entire room floor was filthy, the same sheets from previous guest on the bed, and stained comforter.
The room was OK and the staff were friendly enough, but their "breakfast" sucked, and they allow unsavory characters to party on their grounds after dark, making you leery of leaving your room.

It worked for us, but not the best experience I've ever had. One of our rooms had a horrible smell (like old vomit) in the bathroom. My mom, who was staying in that room, requested it be cleaned after the first night (of 3) and it was still not addressed before we checked out. Beds and rooms are on the small side and with no elevator and bad knees, it was a little difficult to get up and down to and from our second floor room. On the plus side, my room was cleaner this time than it was the first time I stayed there.
