Quiet stay! Would stay there again. Breakfast buffet could have better selection.

awesome from the start, great hosts, great rooms and great view

We were in Lynchburg for a sports event. My wife had a business problem where she needed to fax a form to a hospital at home. The staff was very helpful to get this done quickly and efficiently.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable and good location. Staff was very courteous.

We traveled from Smyrna, De to Lynchburg, Va just to stay at this hotel because of their indoor pool.( It is November). Well lo and behold, the hotel was being renovated. Well, after talking to the young Lady at the desk who tried her best to make us feel better, we stayed for the night and had a Great time. Thank You Julie.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel but they did not tell us that the hotel was under construction until we drove up and the front face was off of the hotel. While the staff was wonderful, they did nothing special when asked if we could use a hotel space for Liberty University schoolwork. It was unfortunate because other hotels in the area that are not associated with the university provided spaces for students.

Decent hotel for the money. It's nothing too fancy, but its clean. Get a city view room. The view of the mountains and Lynchburg is great.

Location was great, didn't realize hotel was under major construction, just loud and probably not best time to stay here.

If you get a room on the front side of the hotel (city view option) you can see Liberty University, the mountains, and parts of Lynchburg.

Staff was very good. Rooms were clean. Shuttle service provided to Amtrak train station. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service was great! The room was spacious and had all of the necessities. The downfall was the jacuzzi being out of order.

We had a great experience! All staff were very helpful and kind. Room was clean and roomy. Our whole stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was nice, clean. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Would stay again!

It was an awful experience. The front desk clerk clearly had no customer service training. The room I was assigned was in the back, not clean, the beddings were wrinkly, as soon as I walked in the first thing I saw was the toilet bowl, which was stained . I called front desk to change the room. He told me I had to call the agent to change the room. Coming from a long journey, that was the last thing anyone would want to do. The hotel should have trained him to offer another room, would mean paying extra, which would have been fine. He did no such thing, he just stated that was the room I booked. This was about my 4th stay at this hotel and never met with such unprofessionalism. I asked him for the manager on duty. He said manager was not available. I was there on a Wednesday in Lynchburg,! He stated there was no other room. I have been in other hotels with wonderfully trained and professional staff, they would let you know where you would be and if you did not want that side of the hotel, they would offer other choices / upgrade.. Needless to say. I gave The front desk person his keys back and walked out and went to another hotel, whose staff were excellent and offered room choices. I will not book this hotel again. I am clearly not the first person to walk away from this hotel because of the untrained, unfriendly and unprofessional front desk clerk.

The location and amenities of the hotel were just right for our stay. The indoor pool was a nice escape for the kids and a change of pace during the long winter we had been experiencing. If one comment to suggest, it would be to give a bit more attention to the fitness center. Update the elliptical and bike machine and provide a little more TLC to the room. Having a few floor mats and cleaning solution available to wipe the equipment down after use is highly recommended. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and staff were very courteous as well!

This is the best hotel in Lynchburg the best view of the whole city. Sitting on top of mountain...I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Lynchburg.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty all three days we were there. One of the desk clerks not only gave me directions to a local place, but wrote them down for me in detail! The woman who took care of breakfast greeted me personally and asked if there was anything I needed that wasn't there. Free back massages two nights a week is a definite "Aaaah" in my book! The hotel was very clean, housekeeping was on their toes every day, the room was beautiful with a gorgeous view, and the bed was very comfy. Terrific place!!

With a Liberty student, we found this hotel to be very convenient and accommodating. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was good, as well. All day coffee is a plus!

Everything in this hotel surpassed my expectations. The pool area is wonderful, breakfast much better than other offerings, and the room was spacious. A couple of little things: the bathroom could be more modern, and the gym equipment was sub-par. Otherwise it was great!

I have stayed here before, comfortable room, excellent location. Staff ok. the women staff need more customer service training.
