Love this place! Three pools give space to all! Ocean views are fantastic! Staff was helpful and friendly! Special thank you to Joel (pool side service) for taking great care of us! Food was excellent! We tried many of the spots! Located above the marina so can easily walk to boating adventures and shopping. Overall had a great stay! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great food. The Tortuga restaurant has the best food in the complex. Excellent location right in front of the marina.

Large property well maintained. Very close to Marina - 6 minute walk from front desk. Food was okay , including all speciality restaurants. Room service 24hrs , but takes approximately 45-75 minutes , which means your food is not hot. However, my suite had a full kitchen and microwave. Suites are very LARGE. Overall its a nice property , with a nice staff.

Well we went for my birthday Aug 10-14 which was Thur-Monday. I can overall the hotel was good but not great. The hotel itself is nice and has a mexico town feel. The service was good from the check in to check out. The only slip up when I ordered room service at 2am and it never arrived. Well thats probably better for my waistline it never arrived. I didn't complain at all but did get a phone call the next day asking if I just ordered room service I said no. The hotel is about 9-15 minute walk from the main town shop and nightlife which was great. The food was good but not great the cupcake shop was good also but the cupcakes didn't taste like anything special they did make frappuccinos and various coffee at the shop also. The gym was not good at all i would rate that C in terms of weights but they had 3 treadmills and elliptical. The pool was good most days but 1 day was real bad a lot of things floating and grimey but the next day was 100% better. All the bars had most of all of the major alchols/tequilas but not any american beers which was fine with me.

Great amenities, a wonderful all-inclusive experience! Staff was very kind and friendly! Some concierge folks did get into sales-mode with selling us excursions and spa service early on but we we politely declined as we were there to relax and just enjoy the resort. The pools were great, food was delicious and had a lot of variety, drinks did not disappoint either! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this resort!

We were able to book all of our different activities right at the hotel. We were close to the marina so we could walk to access any of the activities. Parasailing, snorkeling, swim with dolphins, etc.

Title says it all. Great place to stay. Excellent staff, great rooms, good food. Can't beat it for the price.

Very nice hotel. Staff was GREAT. I really enjoyed the food and as stated the staff was very accommodating and help when ever needed.

Hotel was great! Fantastic views on each side! Pacific in the back Marina and city in the front view. Short walk to any place! Close to the Arch. I was very pleased. The serice is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommendlo staying here!

The grounds are well kept & are quite nice! Lower floors room need updating especially bathrooms. Housekeeping just ok- could be cleaner. They are a bit loud in the morning. Stick to eating the Mexican food as other cuisines are not so great. Most of the hotel staff is very pleasant except for some (male) jerk working in the hotel lobby bar.

My husband & I came here for our honeymoon. We had a great time! The resort is absolutely beautiful with breattaking views of the ocean & marina. The property is well cared for & very clean. The staff are all friendly & kind. The only negatives I'd warn about is that they don't have many "honeymoon"/romantic options- just a very expensive meal on the beach that is a set menu. We didn't choose this because why would we pay for another meal when we already paid for our all inclusive meals? And we didn't like the set menus they had. Even when we told them it was our menu they didn't put roses, etc in our room like other resorts do on a daily basis nevermind for a honeymoon. They also don't have the best entertainment. The best thing we saw while we were there was a Michael Jackson impersonator and though the show was good it only lasted 30 minutes! The other thing is if you're hoping to swim in the ocean right outside your resort this isn't the place for you. The waves and riptide right outside the hotel so you have to drive to another beach to get in the water- we were pretty bummed about this!

Great hotel with friendly staff and great food. The restaurants and resort were very clean along with the pools.

first time staying here, spent 4 nights, great location near Marina and about 20 minute walk to downtown action. Pictures do not do this property justice, it's just beautifully kept, laid out and situated with Pacific Ocean on one side and Marina views from the other. All restaurants and even the gym has great views. Food is only reason I would not give this place solid 5 stars, the food is about 3 to 3.5 stars. Drinks are typically light and have to ask for double alcohol if you really want to taste it. For some reason the Dos Equis beer tasted super weak, almost like club soda. Tecate Light is simply that, LIGHT. Staff is great, always say 'hola' as they pass by, friendly wait staff, goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Nice that they have an adults only pool as well as 2 family pools. Music poolside is generally pleasing, not too loud. Very enjoyable at the pool , and the beach on the Pacific side is generally empty, so it's very peaceful, although you cannot go into the Pacific ocean for safety reason.

Great Location, Nice Staff, Very Poor Food Quality

Tony at the Lobby Bar and Joel at the Adult Pool #2, Alan and staff and Emelionos are what really made our stay special. They went out of their way to make our trip great! The girls who had to come up with pool entertainment at the Adult Pool #2 were also great and their comments were entertaining! You could tell they really enjoyed their job and took it seriously.

Good stay. Helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Food for the most part was fine. Personnel at the pool area were fun. Check in and check out went smoothly. Would suggest you arrange your transportation to and from the airport in advance of your trip.

great stay!

Great amenities, a wonderful all-inclusive experience! Staff was very kind and friendly!
