The service and staff were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. The only thing I would say is a slight miss is that the food and drinks could have been better.

The only bad thing i have to say is that when i checked in, it was one of the worst experiences ever! I was told by one of their "concierge" people tbat after i checked in at the registration desk that someone would tell me everyhtingni needed to know about the property, what was included and what wasn't, where everything was located, etc... Well i got through checking in and then i was sent to a desk to get my Covid test appointment made and that was it. Nobody spoke to me after that. Nobody showed me around, nobody helped me with anything like they said they were going to. I had to ask a random worker where the pools were located and they were nice enough to show me where they were. The 3 best parts about my hotel experience were the entertainment staff, room service pancakes and french fries, and the maid service was exquisite! I had one lady in particular that cleaned my room almost every single day. She was super nice and always knew i needed/wanted extra washcloths since the first day i asked. The entertainment staff (Alex and Jesus especially) were super nice and fun. They were very personable and had great attitudes toward everyone.

I was disappointed that we could not use the Beach due to the overwhelming force of the breaking waves. When I made the reservation we were told the beach was accessible. I did not like the pressure to sign up and view their presentations to purchase time for future stays. The restaurants were simply ok. I was served raw fish at Don Diego’s. I would not recommend and won’t return.

We just got back from a trip. Their service was extremely wonderful everybody was friendly and nice not a single unhappy a person worked at the resort because of that it made staying there worth it. Our room was great to speak with two rooms- Living room with kitchen, two bathrooms And then the bedrooms Even though it was on the older sid, the fact that we had two rooms made it all worth it. When you would order drinks at the pool or food, they didn’t have a top for you to sign in on a temperature actually really liked. Were able to just tap freely here in there. There was middle aged Female attendant at the adult pool who served us drinks and food and probably was one of the nicest people with the warmest smile I’ve ever met. You don’t see female pool bartenders me or servers at Mexico resorts too oftenand she was really great. The only reason why I guess there was hurting OK ready and was just because of the food. It just wasn’t that great in general. Although with the staff being as wonderful as they were it made it worth it I just wish a little more variety in their menu was available. The same things that were served at the pool were the only things available in the whole resort other than breakfast. Tell me food is important so that’s my personal rating. The location was good it was within walking distance of places downtown. So if that’s your main focus this is a great spot

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we werr treated with kindness and respect. The staff is amazing and so friendly upon every encounter. The food and service was top notch! Close to town and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again next time we visit.

Our first time out in a year and the place felt safe, but also lovely, inviting, friendly, caring and well done at every level. The place is a gem, really two resorts, one in the hills overlooking the bay, and another with pools on the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, quick and responsive. There really are 7 restaurants, from a cupcake cafe (lattes) to an Italian and beachfront bistro. Each one unique. The staff are all trained in COVID precautions and they help the guests follow them. Far exceeded expectatations and we look forward to returning.

Location was perfect. You can walk from hotel to downtown Cabo and/or the marina. Lots of activities at your fingertips.

The staff were all very polite and helpful. The food was great, not one bad meal at any restaurant for the entire 7 days.

Dear Guest, We're sorry to read we did not explain in detail about the beach access. Our resort is located in front of the Pacific Ocean at one side and also do we have an amazing marina view on the Sea of Cortez at the other side. The beach is accessible to walk, to enjoy the hammocks, to lie on the sun beds and enjoy drinks and snacks, nevertheless the Pacific Ocean is dangerous to swim due to the strong undercurrents and that is why the access to the water for your own safety is denied. Our intention is never to make you feel pressured to become part of the Royal Elite family, but letting you know the exclusive benefits of an enhanced experience at Sandos Hotels and Resorts. We apologize if the sales rep did not make you feel intrigued or happy about being part of a special membership program, rest assured this comment will be addressed to the entire sales team. We have just hired a new executive chef and will work immediately with our kitchen staff to improve flavors and presentations as well as to provide you delicious meals in all the restaurants we offer to our visitors.
