3 bedroom, 3 bath, Penthouse 3000 sq feet right on Medano Beach!

(Note that this includes Memorial Day Weekend!)

The main photo pic is taken from your own private upper deck with your private hot tub, and there is a huge lower deck as well! The Cabo Villas Beach Resort & Spa Penthouse Suite has 3,000 square feet of space that includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The *penthouse* suite offers a private rooftop terrace with a large 12-person Jacuzzi and huge wet-bar outdoor couch/lounge area that makes it ideal for entertaining or watching sunsets. The penthouse suite also has a barbecue grill and a washer and dryer (of course). The penthouse sleeps six with 3 King Beds and a maximum capacity of eight. Amazing staff helping you with every detail, daily cleaning, and great restaurants and spa as well. You can easily walk to the Office, Edith’s, the mall and the Marina.

This penthouse is only available May 23–30 (Saturday to Saturday)

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Limited housekeeping is available.
