Front desk was always helpful and polite. We had very loud neighbors that kept us up. Bathroom shower seemed to have been broken.

Liked everything! Room, doods working the front desk, check in, proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Quiet at night to sleep.

Really nice property close to the beach. We had a view to the beach and the ocean and the staff waa very friendly. The only negative side: no parking in a very difficult area to park and too many homeless around but it is in all venice.

Parking was a bit of a zoo. Didn’t feel good around all the homeless. But no other options for parking a car though.

The hotel is not easy to find by car, and the receptionist yelled at me and got the police to ask me to move my car while I stopped it for 1 minute in an alley while I looked for the hotel on foot. I moved the car and parked some distance away. When I eventually came to check in, I was rudely turned away and told that my reservation had been cancelled and I was not welcome at this hotel and falsely accused of “yelling at the police”. It was a weird experience, almost surreal, and in retrospect, I wonder if the receptionist was high.

There were dried specks of blood on the white curtains and on the white blanket. Also the sun rise was on the side of the building where my window was and the curtains helped to magnify the sun they did not help to block it out whatsoever. Also do not show up at night as a woman alone. You have to park buildings away from the hotel and then walk alone in the dark, carrying all your belongings past homeless people and people screaming absurdities. The locals play loud music and cruse at one another about 330am and once more at 700am. The hotel makes you pay $25 for a parking pass well the parking is public parking and it is only $10. Don't pay the hotel extra money for public parking that they do not own.

Had a good night sleep here, location is amazing (right on the beach) and you get 50% off breakfast at the boardwalk cafe next door. Room was large, bed was comfy. Only thing to note was how I seemed to get a weird telephone alarm 15 min before 11am checkout and an employee knocking at my room 5 min before checkout, which I thought was quite rude. I've been to 50 different hotels in the last 3 years and never had this happen.

We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. Can you let us know what room number that shower was in? Was anyone available to help you with this issue when you were here?
