walk in was greeted and all was excellent service clean organized comfort location

Muy buen hotel, personal muy amable y los precios muy razonables.

Roof is leaking with rain water. Fridge is not working and no microwave oven.

The carpet smelled like urine, bathtube's enamel was all worn out, in both rooms, they did show us another room but it was just as disgusting.

The whole place was just dirty. Specially the room, we encountered roaches. The breakfast was passable st best

I was in LA for the weekend. Room was great, clean and staff was very friendly.

No response when called to complain on shower and AC not working. Nobody lifts the phone

Hotel beyond basic and gross .... toilet leaked when you flushed stains on the bedding just not the greatest

I was there to be close to my brother while he was in critial care in the hospital. This hotel was close and and easy commute back and forth. The price is reasonable, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant. I was only there to sleep, shower and change for two nights and did not have an opportunity to explore the hotel or its amenities.

Dont stay on the first floor, its not very safe because it has sliding doors.

I usually book the cheapest place available, but after a couple of stays at very unclean places with rude, useless staff, it was very nice to pay just a couple bucks more and get a nice, clean room with helpful staff. Valley Inn is now my go-to location for stays in the Valley!

My room has a big gap between the door and the floor that all the cold air will leak out of the room made the room so warm. I placed some plastic bags under to fill in the hole. TV and phone not working in my room either. Room is big but only makes the air condintioning worse.

good price, good location. need to improve the rooms lighting, needs an over all redo...paint, new furniture, better lighting

Hotel probably was a lot nicer many years ago. It was affordable and the room was a good size. The location was ok.

Bad area, Broken A/C, Box Springs on Bed was broke, Dirty. Had booked 3 nights there, but after 1st night requested refund from Orbitz. Thankfully that went good with no problems!

THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE, dirty curtains, asked for maintance to fix the tub cause the water was not going down, I had to ask the next day... Needs to be more cleaner.

The room was not the cleanest. The carpet was really stained and the room was out dated. The shower still had hairs in it. We tried to watch tv but it wouldn't work. Complained to the front desk but nothing was done to try to fix it.

Staff was not very welcoming. Room had a bad smell. Stains on the walls. It felt unsanitary.

Its a good hotel.... 2 floors nice pool but lot of bugs in it so if clean great pool..... Rooms are big w fridge ... I mean BIG.... Carpet is old and muggy.... Bed is good.... Hotel just a bit older and for the price needs to either be a big cheaper per night or a bit renovated..... Breakfast is good... Waffels and cereal..... Enough to last you to lunch.... Thats a money saver.... Id stay again and i have 3.5/5 would be my rating

Loved the view of the pool and palm trees from my room. Very relaxing and quiet.
