I didn’t even get the room I paid for originally (no king size), there were people cooking food downstairs beneath us stinking the area up. There were all kinds of suspicious people walking around. Room had no functioning A/C. Trash everywhere. Random people smoking cigarettes by room. Awful experience to say the least. Was not at all what it appeared to be on the photos and website.

They put a sign on our door that they had to check the sprinklers in our room. why did they not change our rooms then? they just wanted access while we were staying there. Never offered us more toiletries, even though we were staying a whole week. No Laundry.
The room I booked but decided not to stay due to dead cockroach I had. The slide door to go to the patio , the lock was broken so it didn’t lock. I didn’t feel safe staying for the night.
Hotel is not what it looks like. We saw spider webs and burned mattress. The staff is rude and no service. We were asked to bring old towel back to front desk to get new towel.

Pictures of hotel looks better in person. They had broken down travel trailers outside the parking lot and the rooms were cluttered and too close to each other. We decided to not stay there and they didn’t give us a refund or credit. Staff was great but they couldn’t refund our money.
Beautiful grounds and buildings but staff are inadequate. The young man at front desk couldn’t operate computer or key printer. It took him more than 20 minutes to check me in.

This is a hiding Gem in Covina. Suites are very spacious and super clean. The pool and jacuzzy closes until 10pm which is a plus. There's a Steakhouse right next to the hotel. If you're ever in the area book with this hotel, I guarantee that you won't regret it.
