The Hyatt is well located in Pasadena. It was an easy walk to the Old Pasadena district with lots of dining and shopping options. It's only a couple of miles away from the Huntington Gardens, which is a must see. On site breakfast is good and reasonably priced compared to the other breakfast options in the area.

BREAKFAST is awful. Everything was cold; eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, egg bites. Staff was superior. Always had smile and a genuine "HELLO". Hotel was always clean. The snacks for sale are very overpriced. $4.00 for a pop tart? Come on!

Price gouging

Everything was good, however I did not like paying for parking nor paying for breakfast. These items are usually included at other hyatt properties and i find it unacceptable. Due to this price gouging practice i will not be returning to this property.
