Was on 3rd floor and upstairs I can hear footsteps, other than that it was good . Beds clean and comfy.
It was very clean and the rooms were big for our family. The toilet lid was broken and they put it back like normal when they should have just taken it off but it was cosmetic and we let them know. They offered to fix it but we just wanted to make note of it. Their key cards stopped working twice within one night but other than that it was a nice stay would definitely stay again!

we had a leak under sink and I called and they sent maintenance . he said is fixed and it was not a lot of water under sink so we were moved to a different room . It was late so very inconvenient after 6 hours drive and us wanting to get some rest. We stayed there 6 years ago and it looks very rundown now. BAD EXPERIENCE
Definitely the negative smell. Hotel didn't have complimentary breakfast as stated. There is a new hotel just across the street from Holiday Inn and the price is almost half the price that I paid for. In my opinion, the price I paid for this Hotel is way overpriced.
First floor sliding doors are open. There was a parking stall full of debris (evicted person). Person was sleeping on the grass right by my sliding door. In the morning there was 2 people sleeping on the floor in front of my door. The last day someone tried to enter my room.

First of all I’d like to be clear that this review isn’t base on my most recent stay at this place. I’ve been here at least 3x. So this review will also conduct from previous stays. On my recent stay, I will say I was beyond disappointed. I mean why come back at the same place if it wasn’t horrible, right. We’ll, I checked in, all good I get what I paid for. Upon our arrival in our room. I noticed that the facility is dirty? Trash on the ground, dog poo in the premises. We settled in our room, my husband was going to warm up our leftovers, the microwave wasn’t working… I asked for a portable microwave none available…. We then moved to a new room… the TV cable was not working and the phone wasn’t working, the new room had a nasty smell… even after I sprayed disinfectant it was still noticeable. During our first night, the ppl above us must have iron steel feet… it was irritating and the following night same situation. This will be the last time I stay here….
The kids really enjoyed the pool cause it was really big
Front Desk agent was very friendly and gave wonderful directions to our room.
It was easy to get in and out with children, and the staff were really kind and caring.
Good place for a work trip. Holiday Inns seem to be usually fairly renovated and modern. Very clean with great breakfast options and bar in the lobby. Will continue to use Holiday Inns for being known to be a reliably nice place to stay.
The refrigerator and TV didn’t work and the faucet in the kitchenette leaked all over the counter. The tile around the shower base were loose and molded. The sliding door to the patio was broken and very hard to get open. The staff were pleasant the Bartender was only interested in his tips not the customers.
Nice staff and very accommodating and helpful. Good location.
