The Reception staff were nice. Room was a very good size however, the bed wasn't overly comfortable. The heated towel rack had a broken cord which I didn't know was safe or not. Location was great, Marble Arch tube station and a Sainsburys around the corner.

All staff members were friendly and helpful Especially Amaan on Main desk.. Very pleasant and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. Another team member Rahul was very pleasant on main desk. When I asked for a topper to place on sleeper sofa I quickly received one . Look out and say hi to the young man on the main door and luggage area .. always a smile Great area near by stores and Marble Arch is outside the door !! Great for transport and restaurants close by. Breakfast is definitely worth the cost . Would recommend if looking in this area for a hotel.

This property was chosen because of the size of the Apartment rooms to accommodate 3 persons, especially when compared to other locations. There was no space for taxis in front of that location. Staff was friendly and very helpful with bags, calling an uber for airport departure and providing general information. Disappointed that no prior notice was given for construction work ( dust could have triggered an asthmatic attack). Room not cleaned when requested.

Room was large however I almost felt like I was walking into a hostel. There were no hand towels or soap in our room. The AC was on but didn’t seem to cool the room very well. The tub is very high and slippery with no logically placed bar to help - there’s a really low bar almost at the level of the tub? We were only staying for one night and it was a good location so it was okay. Would not recommend for long stay

Manage your expectations.......

The location of the hotel was really good. Our air conditioner didn't work, but thankfully we figured out how to open the window so we had some air flow. The toilet ran 24/7 and we had to use sound machines to sleep. We called them and they said it was fixed, but clearly wasn't. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom when we showered and it took them over 2 hours to bring us toilet paper. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Amazing room. Massive for London. Right beside the underground and Oxford Street. Safe with door locked at night and security visible. Stayed twice now and both times staff have been so nice. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location. Next to Hide park and the tube station. Very easy to get around and lots of amenities nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
