Having breakfast and coffee was very convenient. Staff friendly and attentive. Wish there was wheelchair/ stroller access at the front.

Excellent loction, friendly staff. We had hard time to open the wash machine door

Close to a tube station and places to eat. Everything is within walking distance. Ivana was extremely friendly and helpful.

good location, very convenient. My room was beside the reception so was not ideal

The Presidential Hotel was a great experience. It was shown on our itinerary as a Deluxe Suite but was more like a deluxe one bedroom apartment! Very clean with every amenity. It included: a kitchenette with dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven ~~ king sized bed and very comfortable sofa sleeper twin beds both with Egyptian Cotton sheets ~~ 2 large flat screen wall-mounted TVs ~~soaking tub/shower combo. The staff was always courteous and helpful. A delicious continental breakfast arrived promptly each morning at our desired time. The location was peaceful and charming ~~ the Earl’s Court tube was a block and a half away and so was a bus stop to all major sites. My sister and I went to the M&S grocers to enjoy our dinner in the apartment. I have already recommended the Presidential Apts to others!

Great location to Earl's Court subway station. Our first room was in the basement and we weren't happy there. They then moved us up to the second floor (the same level as the reception desk) and we were so happy there.

This location was very nice with Earls Court Tube within 3 minutes walk. There was a grocery store within 2 minutes, and a few restaurants within 2 minutes. Definitely would stay here again. The rooms had kitchen facilities with a pull out couch (possibly not too good for elderly), a nice king size bedroom, and a bathroom (again, might be difficult for elderly with high tub and shower area). Front desk was very pleasant and efficient. We did the Big Bus tour...great for only ONE day. Very slow, congested roads, with LOTS of tour buses. Great for one day to get the layout, then use the underground subways. People are lovely and helpful.

Great apartment for family trip, situated in a nice area and easy access to all kind of transportation, clean, wonderful staff

We booked this hotel because we needed someplace easy to regroup after 3 weeks in Morocco. We Liked the idea of making our own coffee & breakfast, and washing our own clothes instead of spending hundreds on hotel laundering. We both were familiar with the neighborhood and had friends nearby. The 24 hour desk staff were all exceptionally helpful and positive even though they were busy & fully booked. The lobby & decor were brown utilitarian with few aesthetic touches, but the room & kitchen were well supplied, including complimentary snacks, coffee & bottled water. The fridge door was meant to be awkwardly attached to the cupboard door, but we had to fuss with it every time. The mini washer/dryer had complicated programming, explained on 2 pages of the hotel info book. Nothing got completely dry in an hour. The fine damask cotton sheets here were among the best we've encountered and pillows were good, but the mattress needed replacing as springs had obviously sprung. Our room (007) was small with an outsized chair taking space we'd rather have had to open a suitcase. There were sounds of children at various time so we presumed the larger apartments would be suitable for families. This hotel is used to left luggage before and after check-in/check out snd they have a convenient space fir it. Classical music in the lobby was a welcome surprise!

We will be back next year for our event at Earl's Court Centre. The suite was excellent and a perfect fit for us. We don't like to eat out at restaurants all the time and the lovely little kitchen was great. Also included free wireless (thank you thank you) and so unusual in the UK hotel system.
