A great place to stay.
The room was quaint. They made the room look luxurious for the space. However, there was what we assumed to be a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door and remnants of a stain that looked like blood on the bed, as well as some visible mold in the shower corners. Overall, it was in a great location and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
What a great little property! It carries a lot of charm, comfortable rooms, and is budget friendly. I accidentally booked the wrong date (one day too early) and the hotel was very responsive and helped me with my situation. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The property is located close to a number of tube stops, in addition to Paddington Station, which is convenient if taking the express train from Heathrow. Additionally there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Plus it's great to be able to take a morning jog through Kensington Park in the morning! I would definitely stay here again.
Room was small as expected. I was on the street side, so definitely noisy. Had a kitchenette, which was perfect. Room was cleaned everyday. Bed was too soft for me but it was a perfect place to crash and in a good neighborhood. Small grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and Bayswater tube station in a five minute walk away. You do need a 3-prong adapter to plug in electronics. I had a 2-prong with me that did not work but found a 3-prong easily at a pharmacy nearby. I was on the third floor, no lift and no air conditioning.
This was an okay place to stay for us. The checkin was fine and the location as good. Very convenient to Kensington area. The room was date, the carpet well worn and the bed and covers just okay. The B&B does not have air conditioning which should not have been a problem in May, but it was. Old floor fan provided as a solution. Desk got is a taxi but it was neither regular nor Uber so we ended up a bit leery of the charges.

thank you for your review. when reception call for a taxi, they use a local insured car company, we always get a quote, so that you are happy with the amount.
