There was a tube strike during our stay. Getting around was very challenging and expensive, uber and taxi rates were higher than normal. H10 has the most beautiful views of the city at night from the 8th floor terrace bar.

H10 Waterloo. Great stay. Great location.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the H10 Waterloo. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Violetta and Luis were exceptional. They took extra time to help us understand how to navigate the public buses and getting around town. There were many good choices for breakfast and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very efficient in removing used plates and refilling empty spots on the buffet. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The housekeeping staff was on top of things. We enjoyed our stay at H10 Waterloo London and would definitely recommend it to others. Between the convenient location and the great stay experience, it would be hard to do better.

Hotel is very clean and has a luxury feeling. Staff are very polite and helpful. An amamzing hotel to stay at, near Waterloo station and near the london eye and big ben. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff were extremely kind and professional, entire facility was spotless. Only down side is if you arrive before your check-in time if 3pm, it seems they do not honor or accept early check-in. So if you arrive hours before, you may want to pay for an extra night. Seems management has their staff tell guests that housekeeping is the reason why guests can’t check-in until 3pm sharp, and not a minute before. That was disappointing, after a long trip across the pond. Other than that, staff from the bar, front desk, and bellhop are all fantastic!

The room was great and had everything we needed! Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted to split the bill or pay as one , we asked to split it and I was then charged the full amount. When we asked to fix this I was double charged again! It’s taken 5 days for me to get my money back not good enough I then had barely any money while I was in London and this caused a lot of stress over £400 taken and no compensation for the the impact on my stay!

one hassle after another.

Drilling throughout the day and into the evening kept us from relaxing into the room. We had been upgraded to the 8th floor to avoid some of the construction on 7, but the hotel's bar and outside deck on 8 provided all sorts of noisy customer traffic until around midnight. After we checked out, we received notice of a $41.09 charge. Couldn't have been from the very good restaurant, where we had paid by credit card. So must have been from the minibar, where we had consumed a small bottle of water and some juice--listed at 2-3 pounds each. no itemization, so we're disputing the charge.

Perfect for a two night sight-seeing trip in Central London. A 5 min walk to the underground can grant you convenient access to Big Ben, The London Eye or The Shard, all of which can be partially seen from the roof-top bar. A pleasant, comfortable and quiet room despite jets flying over regularly (could see them but no noise). Friendlly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again.
