The hotel location is out of touristic area of London. But your purpose of visit is only business then you are at the right address. Great staff, clean and modern rooms and a large variety of breakfast. All the things you need in London is at this hotel. Higly recommended.

The hotel was in a great location, just a few blocks from the metro. The staff was also very friendly. The skybar was was not what i expected, as there were many rules and closed very early. Kind of disappointing that was a selling point on the hotel. Overall not bad, but i would explore my options on another hotel.

Nice stay. Would stay again. A 10 min. walk down the street from Waterloo station

Convenient location close to Waterloo and Lambeth North Tube stations (5-10 min walk). Room is comfortable although a little bit small comparing to other similar hotels. Staff are courteous and attentive.

We stayed at this hotel twice over the course of our week vacation and both time had an excellent experience. The highlight of the stay though was probably the 16gbp breakfast buffet. The buffet was 8+ stations of every kind of breakfast food you could need from fruits to meats to coffee/tea and even strawberry infused water. The rooms were reasonably sized, clean, and most importantly quiet (outside sirens notwithstanding). The hotel is a quick 5-7 minute walk from Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) and a 10-15 minute walk from Waterloo. We easily walked from the hotel to Westminster Bridge / London Eye and headed to Elephant & Castle to head over towards the London Tower/Bridge. I could go on and on, but I'll leave you with one nice thing and one not so nice thing... the hotel rooms come with a complementary umbrella to use during your stay but they did not come with a iron/ironing board. I did not check to see if I could request an iron though, but if you're in town on business, it's something to consider.

I was only one night but my wake up was more than amazing because I was surprised for the fantastic spanish style breakfast we had! Im sure that is the only hotel in London that has toast with olive oil, fresh tomato, jamon serrano, tortilla de patatas, our thick hot chocolate with churros and many other tasteful things! my room was perfectly clean and with all the amenities and modern design and the staff was so helpful! I´ll go there every single time that I´ll be in London! Thanks H10 (spanish chaine, by the way)

Went around the London2012 Olympic Games and had a great time exploring the city and the olympic venues. The hotel is in a good location near the Waterloo tube station, which is great for getting to various parts of the city!

My experience was average. I've stayed at many hotels around London and found the location on this one to be less than optimal. Also, it was a bit frustrating to not receive a receipt for my stay upon check-out as the attendant kept telling me he couldn't provide one since I paid through a third-party. For a business traveler, this creates an inconvenience for me when submitting expense reports. The hotel itself is clean and modern with small rooms.

Love it specifically it is too close to Waterloo underground station and many other attractions.

All was very good though a rather long wait to check out

The H10 was a great hotel. Very modern, clean and accessible to all the best sights and sounds of London. Rooms were a bit small, but that seems normal for London. Lots of bus stops nearby, a few good restaurants as well.

Easy check-in, complimentary baggage storage until my room was ready, complimentary wi-fi access. Room was white and crisp, in a good way. With allergies, I appreciated no rug on the floor. Clean bathroom, wonderful super-speedy hot water maker for tea in the room, and a great flat-screen TV that doubles as a radio. Early check-out (6am) was no trouble at all, and it was an easy 5 minute walk to Waterloo station. Only downside was a bit of noise (room was at the corner of 2 roads & had windows along those 2 walls), and a heater that did not quite warm the room to my comfort level (though the front desk was quite accommodating the next morning & sent maintenance up). I would definately stay there again.

Simply but Great!!

Was very clean and staff were very helpful. This is not the type of hotel you should choose if you are traveling with little children. Rooms are comfortable but minimalistic in the "extras". While in a great location for seeing the sites, it is 2 blocks from the ambulance station, so you will hear sirens all day and night if you get a room on the waterloo road side.
