The only drawback we have is that we couldn't get an extra hour at checkout. We were told it had to be done during dayshift hours. It was not always possible to do that. Other hotels we stayed at, had no problem doing that after hours. Thank you. P.S. The first room we tried had a smoker stay there. ...
Stay away from this hotel. Your bathroom would be cleaner than this place. Not even a single thing of this place was decent. Smell inside the room was horrible, roof molded, bathroom untidy, door broken, lights not working, floor sticky, overall very shady.
The Overall Value for this hotel was pretty good given the location. If you are looking for a hotel that is on the outskirts of ATLANTA but not to far from Cumberland Mall and more Family Oriented this is a great stop for a few days. The hotel was nice and there was a young lady who is in college ...
Lucked up on this hotel once through another site that I've since had to stop using altogether because I had a terrible surprise AFTER I had booked my room with no refund. No more letting someone else pick my hotel for me! I would choose this one every time I wanted to stay in this area.
Great stay with wonderful people making the experience even better.
Service was great, especially the bell man. Just love talking to people who are real and humble. Also the rooms were clean, elevators fast, nice gym/spa. Easy walk to many restaurants and Piedmont Park. Parking was included in hotel price. Overall great experience.
The security of the facility was the first thing that caught my attention, as a person without a room card has to be buzzed in by the front desk attendant. I had made my reservation through Orbitz. Check-in went smoothly; and though the attendant at first assigned me a room that was still occupied, the error was quickly corrected, and I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and amenities of my new room. The road up to the facility is a bit difficult to see in the dark - it's right next to a Chevron gas station - and the facility isn't visible until one has driven about 500 feet up a hill (adding to the sense of security); but there's plenty of parking for the large and luxurious facility.
I was impressed with the clean rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Nice business center and lobby & restaurant right across the street. Good service at checkin and shuttle to airport. The best!
