Hotel was nice, housekeeper didn't clean room good before checking in. Stay was good beds was comfortable.

At check-in, was given a room that was not clean. Have to go back to front desk for another room. The maids did not clean my assigned room and door was already opened

Very clean, friendly staff and great location. The only thing I can complain about is the elevators. VERY slow, if you are in a hurry take a deep breath, take the stairs, or both.

Staff was nice. Looks like hotel renovations were not done well at all.

It appears to be an older hotel that the owner is trying to fix up. There is new paint and floors throughout. Beds are new and very comfortable. Had some difficulties with the air conditioning but maintenance and owner responded quickly by moving us to another room while they repaired. Had problems with our refrigerator freezing all the food and no manual adjustments but maintenance responded to that quickly, as well. Also saw UPS deliver about 20 new refrigerators one day so I think they are working on more room upgrades. Owner was on site often and easily accessible if needed. Children enjoyed the pool and the nice hot breakfast every day. Rooms were bigger than expected with a separate sitting room from the sleeping area. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

First, the renovations were quite an inconvenience. There were dirty wash cloths hanging over our shower rod, from the previous guests. GROSS! Soda Machines were hot, and there was no ice. When asked front desk, they were going to "try" to get us some ice...never happened. To top it all off, we left with a souvenir of head lice! GRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Heat didn't work properly. I woke up and a bug or insect was crawling on the ceiling.

Within seconds of entering the lobby it was obvious that management places customer service at the top of the priority list. From the check in clerk, to the breakfast attendant, to housekeeping, every staff member was genuinely polite and kind. The hotel itself was fine- clean, close to Six Flags, and had an indoor pool for the kids. The employees turned a regular stay into a pleasure. We will be back!

The hotel should let their guest know that they are in the middle of upgrading. Walking into the hotel being greeted by stacks of boxes. The door that leads to the pool had bad mold in the ceiling tiles. Could not work out due boxes being the exercise room. Snack machine was not giving correct prices of items. Ice machine on main floor was out of order. Staff being kids to work with them keeping a lot of noise at night. Toilet overflowed in room. Staff was not friendly was not greeted upon entrance into hotel. Was not ask how was our stay upon checking out.

My experience at this hotel was not a good one. First the wifi was down the entire stay. Next, there was a crack in the ceiling in the the bathroom that was leaking and also roaches in the room. The staff was kind enough to change my room but that room also had roaches. I also spoke to other guest that were staying there and they also were experiencing roaches in their room. Finally in the dining area all the chair were pealing because they were so old. The hotel need to be completely demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. The staff was very nice but the conditions awful. I left messages for the manager Lynda Garcia and as of yet she still has not returned my call. I would not recommend this hotel

Excellent breakfast. In town for Thanksgiving with family. Rooms clean. Other areas could stand some upkeep. Chairs need recovered badly. It's the small things that make a hotel good or great.

Room smelled bad, very loud traffic noise, could hear the people moving in the rooms next to mine, building was dirty.

This place was terrible. We walked in to the front lobby counter and the lady at the desk was on her personal cell phone, never put it down while helping us. Finally got our keys, got our things and headed up to the room. Walked in to the room and first thing I saw was a roach, then another, and another. We killed 5 roaches before heading back down stairs to see what could be done. Went to the desk and the same lady was there still on her cell phone. Told her about the roaches and she laughed and started clicking around on the computer still on her cell phone. Said that she was putting us in a king suit . Finally got the room keys went to the first room to get our stuff and run into the people in the room next to us. They said that they changed rooms 3 times in a week because of roaches in the first room. A/c was broken in the second. We come down stairs to put our things in the new room and the lady from the front desk is sitting in the front lobby with a guy laughing as we go to the new room. The new room (a king suit had a torn up chair at the desk the leather was torn and coming off. The carpet had stains and so did the furniture. This hotel should not be open with a roach infestation. And terrible staff laughing in the face of someone paying to stay there. If we could have cancelled and got our money back we would have but we couldn't.

As soon as you walk in you see the paint is peeling of the walls. The hot tub was out of order but they did not over it so it was a huge hazard. There was mold all in the pool area. The wifi (wait what wifi)!!!!!! I believe this was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel even for pets.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was a little lacking but staff was nice. Would stay again.
