Outstanding management and staff and a well kept hotel. JAVEO, the Manager treated us very well along with the entire staff. What a pleasant stay we had. Gave us a hug went we departed. We were victims of hurricane Irma.

Very good hotel close to I20 and right off of Thornton that has great customer service. The room was up to date and had plenty of locations for power (something that, as a frequent business traveler, I am always looking for). I would definitely stay in this hotel if in the area again for business or pleasure.

The staff is awesome but they jacked up the price during the hurricane so for a room that was normally $119 we paid $189 for a night. I think its horrible that they would do that knowing that we had no choice because we had to evacuate. So I would not stay here again nor would I recommend to a friend.

Hurricane Irma caused the roof to leak, rectified by getting a new room,Breakfast good but over populated by a football team and frantic escapees from Hurricane Irma.In general a good clean hotel with hard working accomodating staff. The staff compensate for any short comings of the hotel physical plant .

The pull out couch saved the day with my 2 teenagers. This saved me from booking 2 rooms that wasn't in the budget. Staff was super friendly and helpful. While the free breakfast was ok it is way better than most free breakfast. Eggs sausage muffins waffles ECT. We didn't use the pool but it's outside. Very pleasant stay. Beds very comfortable

The overall stay was average, expected more from the Hampton/Hilton name...the staff was friendly and helpful, fast check in and out, but the room quality was only a little above lower quality hotels, we stayed two nights for convince sake as the traffic is awful in Atlanta and even tho this hotel was not close to the event we attended, we were able to get to downtown via the back way without the interstate mess...

My sisters and I have stayed in this hotel several times. It has always been very clean and comfortable. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it. It's the only hotel in this area that we even consider staying in.

Hotel with no bell caps? Horrible. I am disabled, and could not get help with my bags. I arrived late at night, and had to struggle with my car in the dark, trying to get heavy bags out of it. Just horrible. Also, the fact that there is no restaurant on premises, so no room service, and no open restaurants in the area late at night was also very disappointing. The room was never cleaned well, in fact the bathroom was gross. The shower was absolutely never cleaned. It was also in desperate need of repair, the tiles and grout are falling apart. The pool was dirty, and freezing cold, although I'm starting to understand that Atlanta doesn't heat their pools in general, from what I've heard from other hotel guests. The ladies in the breakfast area were quite wonderful, and I did appreciate having that hot breakfast available. So that is one good thing. Also, the service folks in general were very pleasant. Unfortunately none of them could help me when I needed it, but they were all very nice in their own responsibilities. Nothing in the room as to the hotel amenities: no idea when the pool was open, when the laundry room was available, how much the laundry room cost, if they had detergent available, etc. Hotel with no bell caps? I thought I had read that you had keurig coffee machines (I even brought my own pods to use), but instead, was presented with a lame piece of plastic that I dared not make coffee in. Overall this was very nice. Breakfast could be a bit better. However you can grab a bite of something & head to Aquarium, Six Flags or other spots easily. No fee for parking and plenty of restaurants to pick from. Not in the hectic downtown area which makes it a win win😊

We came in hot and very tired. Check in went well. We got in our room and tried to use the bathroom. However the toilet got clogged. I called the front desk, but they had no one on duty to taje care of the situation. So I had to go downstairs and get the nasty plunger in a bag. Went back up to our room. My key didn't work! Had to go back downstairs to get the key card redone. All I wanted to do was take a shower, relax and enjoy our nice room. But by now I was furious. Got back to the room and found that the toilet had finally gone down. Didn't know whether to trust it or not, but decided to once again go back down to return the plunger in the bag. And get back up to our room. My daughter had been down to the pool for a swim. Fortunately I hadn't gotten in the shower yet. HER key didn't work either. So I let her in. Eventually I got that much needed shower, but it was well after midnight when I finally got to sleep. All of that irritation ruined my stay at this hotel. The next morning the manager made excuses saying all Hamptons as we as Holiday Inns and others were "limited service hotels". They only have one person on duty all evening and night. I feel that not only creates an inconvenience for the customers, but also endangers us (if someone were to overpower that tiny hostess and gain access to all of our rooms) and is a dangerous situation for that one employee! Also there were no outlets on the left side of the bed for a C-PAP machine or other devices, but it doesn't matter. I'll NEVER return to this Hampton again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! We stay at Hamptons all over the place and have never felt that we were getting limited service. Avoid this Hampton at all costs. Btw - the manager offered to refund HALF of the cost of the room. I didn't think this was Hampton's policy. The Hilton website says they will give a full refund. Obviously this management doesn't comply with Hilton's standards.
