Comfortable hotel - very clean, with all amenities, including gym, indoor pool and hot tub, friendly and helpful staff, good quality breakfast included. I would definitely recommend and be happy to return.

Loved the butterscotch pancakes at breakfast, and the happy hour in the afternoon! Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like were the signs on all the entry doors stating it was not allowed to bring alcohol into the hotel. So I seriously can't enjoy a glass of wine in my room?! Never have seen a hotel do that.

Good location, we'll kept, great continental breakfast, nice courtyard area inside, roo was clean a d quiet.

We stay here every chance we get! Always friendly and clean.

Room wasn't totally clean. Breakfast was out of a lot of things so we had to ask for refills and we heard others do the same, during the scheduled window for breakfast. I've stayed at an Embassy years ago and thought the quality has gone way down since then. The gentleman who checked is in and out wasn't particularly friendly. It just wasn't worth the money so we won't stay again.

We like to stay here about once per year for a family stay-cation since we live about 15 minutes away. It's a large hotel and it has a lot to offer for families. The breakfast is awesome. The cocktail hour serves it's purpose as well. The pool and hot tub were so packed the weekend we went that we couldn't really enjoy them either time we tried. But that's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is walking distance to the Summit for kid activities and also Colorado Eagles to catch a game. Overall we enjoy this hotel, even though it can get pricey, and we will return. It's nice they allow dogs too.

This hotel always exceeds our expectations with its full comp breakfast and staff friendliness A++

The Embassy Suites delivers a nice bargain for the price. Great location, close but not too close to Colorado State University. Cooked to order breakfast was another bonus in addition to the nightly manager's reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when visiting in the future!

I don't know if the problem was with booking site or hotel but the mountain view room I reserved gave us two views of only roofs and air conditioning units. In the front range, mountain view rooms don't face east as ours did.

Came in for a game. Very comfy. Breakfast was great.

My first thought was, "this is in the middle of nowhere." But soon realized that there is easy and quick access to everything I wanted/needed in the Fort Collins area. The rooms were great. The only complaint is that housekeeping was sometimes hit or miss. During my 7 night stay, there were 3 or 4 days where I'd leave in the morning and return mid afternoon to a room that had not been cleaned.

Everything was great, as usual at Embassy Suites. Only complaint is this: Saturday we left for 5 hours for a trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and expected the room to be cleaned and freshened by the time we got back. It wasn't, so we went to the pool and atrium for an hour, Still not done. By that time we had to get ready to go to a rehearsal dinner, THEN housekeeping shows up at our door. We asked for fresh towels and coffee and told her we need to use the room. Yeah, between the wedding guests and what seemed to be a statewide little league playoffs the hotel was booked solid, but to me that is no excuse for not getting the room clean between 10 AM and 4 PM.

We had a great stay. Saturday night is managers special so you get free drinks. also the breakfast bouffet was excellent it had just about every brekfast food you could think of! we will definately be back

Excellent. The staff was able to make a birthday cake Nd put it in the room for my husbands thirtieth birthday...plus a card from the hotel staff and chocolate! So sweet. Gorgeous place. Will stay again for sure. On fact we have stayed there again since this reservation. Amazing breakfast and the managers special is great to have too in the evening. Well worth the price.

Visited with Kids and grandkids. Had a great time in the indoor pool. Beautiful Atrium. Noticed a great looking vegtable garden along the side of hotel, asked about it and got a tour of the kitchen and the harvest from the garden. The chef maintains the garden and showed us an 11 pound zucinni. What a wonderful experience that was. Beautiful hotel.

Even though I have arrived at 2:00am everything was perfect! Easy check in, friendly staff. The only slight minus was the fact that the noise of the trafic could still be heard! But the rest made up for it!

overnight stay to assist with student at CSU;

I was at the Embassy Suites in Loveland for a short seminar weekend, and I was impressed by everything I saw there. First and foremost, the staff was welcoming at every turn, from the check-in staff to the folks making the omelettes at breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the setting spectacular. The atrium with trees and water feature were very impressive. I was particularly impressed by the warmth and focus of the laminated card left on my bed, "To Our Guests." It seemed quite heartfelt and welcoming. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms were very nice, clean. One of the better hotels i have stayed in. Breakfast buffet was great.

We came to relax after Thanksgiving and do some shopping. We love to come to the Embassy for this weekend because you feel so spoiled for so little. We love the room, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the wonderful Manager's Reception! I have worked at hotels and can't help but notice how clean this property is kept, you always see staff working hard at keeping it nice. This hotel truly has the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in.

Thank you for your review on your recent stay with us at the Embassy Suites Loveland. It is with feedback from our guests that we can improve on both our service and offerings. I apologize for the service concerns you had with our housekeeping services and our complimentary cooked to order breakfast. We will use this information to do some additional training in those areas.
