Staff was nice, clean rooms, problem for me was that hotel is directly facing busy highway which is very noisy all day and all night. Also, beds are really old and make noise all the time.

They screwed up my reservation not once but twice. Things seemed old, the microwave didn’t work even if plugged into 3 different outlets. There was no drain plug in the bathroom. Room was clean otherwise. I do not think I will ever stay here again.

Nice hotel

This room has a modern design. Ample charging stations in the room via the lamp bases especially by the bed and adequate electrical outlets. Clean and quiet. We had a suite with a large sofa, love the space. I’ve always liked the bathrooms for the mirror with lights around it but this one had the bulbs removed- it made the bathroom a little darker and harder to put your makeup on. Not sure if they hadn’t replaced them or they are out in all the bathrooms. They are needed! We like staying here and being able to see our car out the window. We like the nearby stores and ease of getting to them. This is our home base when we are there to go to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park and nearby attractions.

You get what you pay for. The room was in okay shape. Odd smells coming from the couch so I avoided using it. I didn’t need to use the kitchenette but there seemed to be a good amount of items available to use if needed. Just bring your own dish soap and sponge. People were running upstairs all night so it’s hard to get sleep. The TV service was lacking, kept freezing. The breakfast was bad. The juice coming out of their machine is watered down. The coffee was clear and tasted like warm water. The pot of scrambled eggs was decent. The sausage patties looked grey and undercooked and sat in a pool of water which was gross looking. The mini waffle makers seemed to be popular so I didn’t have time to try it. I wish they had more fruit, pastries, and yogurt options.
