This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is first rate - friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat. Its location in downtown Loveland gives easy walking access to many shopping and dining choices.

What I want to comment about is the electrical wiring of room. Horrible —the main light switch turns off the above light— no other way to turn off above light—/and then all lights are out including bathroom. That is incorrect ! Stupid system. Not good for patrons at all. I travel and have never had this!

The front desk staff was super friendly and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. Laundry on-site, kitchenettes in the rooms (with a stovetop, dishes and dishwasher!), delicious breakfast, easy parking, and more! It is also located in such a convenient and beautiful area in downtown Loveland. I am definitely going to stay there again next time I’m in NoCo! (Shout out to Jeannie at the front desk for being so sweet!)
