When I got there, Orbitz hadn't communicated my information or my pre-payment to this hotel! Thankfully, the gal at the front desk was super proactive, and between the two of us, everything worked out! It was definitely Orbitz's fault, not the hotel's, for the lack of communication! This hotel was ...
Good location to mall, restaurants and is almost directly off the interstate. Some sketchy people in and out, but they are everywhere and it is Friday night. Room was clean. Hot complimentary breakfast. Outside and inside is dated. However, would stay here again.
Clean, nice and convenient to I-20, We only stayed 1 night but it's comfortable. I say this here because I am picky when it comes to hotel but this one the Hotel Manager the night we checked in was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and we slept good knowing our room was clean. Definitely ...
Noisey location right next to freeway, small cramped parking lot, outdated shabby decorations, dirty carpet, dirty stained furniture, peeling wallpaper. This was probably a nice place 10 years ago but it’s been let go. It really should no longer be branded a Hampton Inn.
Got in just past midnight. No problems checking in, the key was ready for pickup, they just needed an ID and signature. The room was fine for a tired couple just needing some rest which we got because it was quiet over night... without any notable noise. Breakfast was fine and checkout went smooth ...
Friendly staff, very clean/comfortable room and excellent breakfast also convenient to airport
Hotel room very good value, clean room and very good breakfast. Only problem was the shuttle service. Indian driver was intimidating and rude.
Great hotel at a great price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely book again.
Very good accommodation here!! Will be returned next to Atlanta again!
