The outside was nice. Well maintained lawn and plants. The 1st room was gross. The curtains were stained brown and smelled like a casino with all the smoke smell. I moved to the next room. Just as bad but smelled like wet dog. Then there were roaches!! They sprayed 2x while we were there. Never again will we stay at this property. .s

Very misleading continental breakfast consisted of nothing at all really choose coffee and sweet cakes no eggs, no bacon no potatoes no toast no waffles. Very terrible. Never stay there again. Service is very misleading very cheap. After paying that kind of money. You should at least get a decent breakfast and most people sleep in 6 o’clock in the morning eating breakfast is terrible. Wasn’t happy at all.

Everything was clean and sufficient. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower and towel. Bars were attached precariously. One fell during our stay. Otherwise, great value for the money. Will be back.

I truly hate to complain , honestly i do . Everytime before that ive stay at ABVI i quite enjoyed my stay. I adore the ladies in the office , as well as the cleaning staff. This time wasnt as enjoyable ,Sadly to say! My family was so ready for a hot shower and a comfy bed. To rest.. upon walking in the door . I noticed that the room was well below the standards of ABVI.. the floors had noticeable debris , in more than just a few spots . The coffee maker still had the filter from the last use. The cord to the hair dryer had a substance resembling blood . As well as the dust and nicotine on the bathroom walls and door and soap scum and hair still in the tub. So i was really upset that i had to clean the room before we could even shower and relax

The stay was below expectations. While the price of $86 for the night wasn't outrageous, the experience left a lot to be desired. The outdoor lighting was extremely bright—almost like daylight—which made it hard to sleep comfortably. On top of that, birds were active and noisy all night long, making it feel more like a nature retreat than a restful hotel stay. Breakfast was disappointing: just packaged muffins with no real options. I expected at least a basic continental breakfast with some variety. The room itself was acceptable for a budget stay, but the sleep quality and lackluster breakfast were major downsides. Wouldn't recommend unless you're a heavy sleeper who brings your own food and blackout curtains.

Nice and relax, good customer service!

Nice, humble, and clean area. I was able to rest. The bathroom had an empty soap box on the floor. I guess it was not cleaned. But the bathtub had a floor towel, and another type of new soap. It was organized with clean bed sheets.

The Hotel say was comfortable yet a few more amenities could have been offered. The staff was friendly and attentive, this Made the check in more effective. A bit nosey & many guest walking around outside. But overall it was worth the fees
