The room smelled like stale smoke and The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. They was people hanging in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Very loud music being played. That's good. Not sleep good .Was uncomfortable or customer service and tell them they're coffee pot didn't work and they said sorry. Too bad but we can give you an ashtray

Our room was very clean and looked like it was newly updated. It was quiet at night, I don't remember hearing any noise at all. The water in the bathroom sink barely flowed but I was too tired to bother complaining and moving rooms, etc. There was no breakfast left when I went down but I guess I was on the late side. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

For starters the property has pot holes in the driveway. The stairwell leading to the rooms smelt like a New York city stairwell ( like they pee in the stairwell), the towels were paper thin with holes in them, the smoke room must be used to smoke crack in them because it wasn't just a tobacco smell in there, the beds drooped so bad in the middle that I had to lay on the pillows, when we arrived (my daughter and I) were so tired from moving that we jumped in the shower then went straight to sleep, I feel asleep on top of the covers and she got under (in different beds) when I woke her up that morning, I could of died, she was sleep on the nastiest, dirtiest, piss filled sheets I ever seen... (I wish I could upload these pictures) the people that live there stay up all night drinking and walking back and forth doing God knows what and sleeps all day... My daughter walked to the bathroom with no shoes on and said the carpet felt like someone poured syrup on the floor.. I only stayed here because I had to due to my situation but I will never ever stay here again, in life and I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!
This hotel is one of the worse places I have ever stayed... People that reside there are up all night arguing and fighting then sleeping all day, the stairwell smell like A New York building, the smoke room smell like they never get aired out or there is anything used to cancel our the odor, the wash towels had holes in them and are paper thin, the sink was backed up, there were burn holes all through the carpet and my daughter walked without her shoes on to the bathroom and she said it felt like syrup was on the floor... We had came in late night and showered and jumped in the bed and the bed that my daughter was sleep in had piss stains and other stains on the sheets..... Disgusting.... There is a strong smell of piss coming from that need like a child need that pee's in the bed every night...
Absolutely disgusting. The hotel seemed fine at first glance but once the lights were turned out the uninvited guests came out. SO MANY ROACHES! I felt something crawling on me and when I turned on the light there were dozens of roaches crawling around on the bedside tables, the desk, the floor and even worse on the bed. As it was after 3 in the morning and I had to be up early the next day I just sat there all night killing roaches and keeping them off my husband and child. The next morning I complained to the office and the lady at the front desk confirmed that there was a roach problem. Her exact words were "We usually just move guests to new rooms when they complain about the roaches." She also told me that I would need to wait until Wednesday as the owner was out of the country. I called on Wednesday and the owner told me that he would only give me 50% of my stay back because "its not my fault that theres roaches and I'm not paying a person to kill them." I demanded a 100% refund and he told me to send him the photos that I took and that he would call me back in an hour. After an hour and a half I called back and was informed that the owner had left for the day. I then spoke to the manager on duty who told me that she would not try to contact the owner and that she couldn't help me, threatened to call the cops if I called back and hung up on me. Unless you like roaches you should never stay here.
The pool was wonderful, it was clean and tempature just right.. There was no pool towls and when i asked fot more the lady at the front desk was kinda rude about it but we didnt let that ruin our fun.. It was a nice decent room and we would deff stay again if we were in Gergia the price was very afordable for 2 nights
It was affordable, but the place need to be more clean housekeeping is not doing a great job with the room.
The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like about about the hotel was the loud music and banging above my room with also the construction next door. But after I complained about the music, the problem was resolved. I didn't see any bugs or anything like that.
It was a decent stay for the price however, I wished that there were more amenities.
