"The room seemed clean and comfortable for the most part. Some parts of it seemed old, but it was obvious that they are making strides to make renovations and improve the place. The lobby looks really nice. There was no microwave in the room, so I had to go down and use the one in the breakfast area. One light in my room wasn’t working. It’s not a big deal, but I like staying in places where everything works. I called the front desk several times to ask about the AC unit and the Wi-Fi and no one ever answered. I finally had to call on my cell phone to get someone to answer. The Wi-Fi was horrible and it was very frustrating. I was trying to make travel plans and it was taking all night and I couldn’t even do it. I would probably not stay here again for that reason. This place was advertised with a pool, but there was no pool available. Maybe it wasn’t open for the season yet. This hotel is definitely an old place, but it is evident that they’re doing lots of renovations to make it better. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. The egg fritters were amazing. They also had French toast sticks, sausage, yogurt, cereal, and more. There was loud music playing in the lobby at breakfast, which was not my preference early in the morning. I saw a cockroach on the floor on my way out. So my final verdict is that if you don’t need to rely on hotel Wi-Fi, the place is decent and comfortable for the price with a good breakfast. "
