It is a good get away from any area if in the South East[ie AL, MS, TN, FL, or SC. It is practically 10-20 min from DOWNTOWN-ATLANTA. Also within distance of Lenox, Phipps, and Cumberland Malls. This is a newly renovated property so stay is much nicer than average.
The hotel was great! Check was quick and easy. Front desk was quick to take care all of my needs. My room wasn't ready. However she upgraded us for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great. The ladies who attended the breakfast station were great. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is we ...
I read some rough reviews on this hotel, but it was fine for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint (if I had to have something) was that there didn't seem to be a remote for the tv and the toilet paper was rolled under, not over. Honestly, I would stay there again.
Not bad for the area. I only stayed one night. I have stayed at other In Town Suites before and this one isn't as updated as some others but it's not horribly old either. It was pretty peaceful. The management was cordial and check in went fine. The water was off when I first got there but then got ...
Make sure you check your bed sheets for cleanliness when you arrive. You may find some that you don't want to touch. We did get moved to another room after finding brown matter on the sheets.

Needed a place to stay overnight on our way to Florida so booked this the same day as check in. Checkout was at noon which was good. Nice friendly staff. Would surely recommend this Hotel!
Great location. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a plus. Clean and comfortable!
We fly out tomorrow so we are close to airport. The shuttle service to and from airport was fantastic.
The hotel overall was quiet and nice. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy.
