We visited Atlanta for Spring Break. We chose the hotel because of its vicinity to Suntrust Park. The walk was not bad at all - about a 12-15 minute easy walk. The hotel was nice and the rooms were good size. It was very clean. Would stay there again. My only critique was that the breakfast area ...
Before arriving I called the hotel to ask if they had a crib. They said all the cribs were rented for that night. When I arrived there I asked for a roll away and they had to switch my room to accommodate that, which was fine. But then someone with a crib canceled and they gave us the crib. The front ...
I read some rough reviews on this hotel, but it was fine for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint (if I had to have something) was that there didn't seem to be a remote for the tv and the toilet paper was rolled under, not over. Honestly, I would stay there again.
Not bad for the area. I only stayed one night. I have stayed at other In Town Suites before and this one isn't as updated as some others but it's not horribly old either. It was pretty peaceful. The management was cordial and check in went fine. The water was off when I first got there but then got ...
I have stayed here several times. As always very friendly staff and clean rooms. They seem to be very short staffed and check in is always late. The rooms are never ready. Within walking distance to Suntrust park.

Needed a place to stay overnight on our way to Florida so booked this the same day as check in. Checkout was at noon which was good. Nice friendly staff. Would surely recommend this Hotel!
Great location. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a plus. Clean and comfortable!
The rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It’s just a shirt drive to the airport.
The hotel is satisfactory for the price and rooms are clean. Checkin at 10:25 pm was unbelievable. We waited in line for 1.25 hours. There was only one person working the desk (his work-partner was fired that day and was not replaced) with 4 families checking in ahead of us. One family came back after checking in because their room was already occupied. Finally at 11:40 we were given keys to our room. We were hoping to get something to eat. Inquired at the restaurant, but were rudely told they were closed. When we asked where we might get something to eat, we were told to go outside and look for a place...this is 10:30 at night! Then asked the bar if they served food and were rudely told "we're closed" and the gal just turned away.
