We even got a balcony overlooking the strip & I like that we have a quiet place separate from the casino but easily accessed by a dedicated pathway. There was a mix up between Zello and The Palms place with my reservation. My husband and I waited almost 2 hours to have it resolved. The staff who checked us in apologized and gave us food credit to use but when we used it the restaurant did not honor it. Thanks to Mara the night shift front desk and the morning supervisor Joseph for giving us a new food credit which we used for the Palm AYCE. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable for night stay.
