Check-in staff & players club staff was rude, unhelpful and slow. You could feel how much they hated their job or didn't want to be there. The gift shop hours are posted, but it is a coin toss if it will actually be open.
The hotel itself has a cool feel to it, nice decor and clean.
The pool is nothing to write home about, shared with 2 other hotels and very, very small. No pool bar either.
The casino games were newer, nice variety to choose from, but didn't pay out.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, have to hover the toilet to get the door open & closed.
It is just down the block from The Plaza & Fremont street. The walk was fine and it gets you off the main drag for a little bit.
The buffet was average, not worth the money they charge for it. No other dining options to choose from in the hotel.
This place has its pros & cons, overall, I don't think I'll book here again.
