We stayed at the Treasure Island Las Vegas Hotel & Casino for a long weekend. We had a very pleasant experience & look forward to returning sometime soon.

No coffee facility in the room. This was unusual and disappointing. Even cheap hotels have it. A big hotel on the Strip not having it was a bummer.

Ended our vacation two days early due to the quality of the room and absolute rudeness of staff. Room number one had a leaky tub in it, room number two had hair and fecal matter in the tub, and that was just the start. Treasure Island staff were rude from start to finish . Orbitz attempted to step in and their rude staff went in hard on them too. This is the worst place you can stay in Vegas. Don’t stay here.

The hotel was close enough to walk around but far that it was not in the mix of things. It was very close to the airport and was surrounded by restaurants and stores. Our room had a great view and was extremely clean.

Need coffee pots in the room and the tv remote didn't work so we couldn't watch TV but we never call and told them about it so it really was no big deal

I have Very good experience Staff were very attentive and helpful

We paid in advance and they came up with another extra charges that we have to pay to the hotel. We weren’t using any extra service and we weren’t aware of extra charges. Very disappointed

No breakfast included , no wifi included , and I had no choice but to pay $40 for services I didn’t want ...

Excelente!!!! Close to everything . Staff very pleasant and helpful !! My dad was in need of a wheel chair , the hotel provided us with one , free of charge !!!! We really enjoyed our stay

This was honestly one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed. We had fun, enjoyed the food. our room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was on the 34th floor with amazing views of the strip! Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were all pleasant and courteous. Always free parking and free wifi too. Spacious rooms came with fridge. There's lots of great diners in the building. They have Cvs on the 1st floor too. There's a bridge going to fashion show mall. Nice location. Close to airport. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Although not all the staff was rude a fair amount is. They had me feeling like I was being punished for nothing at times. Had some packages sent over to the hotel which they charge minimum $10 for “handling”. The guy at the guest services told me 2 mins wait, 10 mins later I asked how much longer as my family was waiting on me to head out. This apparently angered them, as when the guy finally brought out my packages he just threw the on the floor and walked off( including a laptop). And they charge me a handling fee? Ridiculous. Rooms seriously need a humidifier. The rooms are as dry as the desert, your lips and nose will dry out and crack unless you put layers of beeswax on them. Casino has a stench of cigarette smoke at all times, it was disgusting to walk through. Staff that were nice however include the housekeeping services, restaurant staff and the players club staff. Overall, not worth the price for rude staff, dirty casino and dry rooms.

Had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast at the little restaurant. The strip and downtown bus picks up right outside the casino which is really nice. Only downside is the resort fees but I guess that's everywhere now.

Good room, and clean. However be aware of so called “ optional resort fee” it is additional 40$ and not optional at all

Didn’t like that there was no coffee pot in our room!

We were very pleased with Treasure Island. The room we were given was on the 32nd floor and a corner room looking over the strip with two windows. Absolutely fabulous! My husband was so impressed. The only downside was on our last day when we were checking out, the hot water went out. Not sure what happened there. Good thing I hadn't tried to go for a long run or to the gym! All in all a great experience. The casino floor is very nice.

We did the last minute booking for new year celebration in Las Vegas. This hotel is on the strip, walking distance to all the attractions. The staff is great, restaurants are great, 24 hours Starbucks. The room we stayed was renovated, bed was very cozy, bathroom was good size and very clean. Overall we loved it.

They allows us to check in early for 30 dollars and gave us room close to the elevator. I always recommend asking for room close to elevators the casino in Vegas are extremely large and if you don't you will have a extremely long walk. Treasure island is not too large and the slot machine are relatively loose but only play for five or ten minutes. We ate at buffet nearly every day I would rate the buffet 3 out 5 its only 20 dollars for the breakfast buffet lunch starts at 11am we always went at 1045 so we could eat both.

While the rooms appear updated, this hotel feels and looks old. Very depressing. The $39 resort fee is a rip off in the winter when the pool area is closed. We used the gym which was ok but you are not allowed into the spa area to use the restroom. We had breakfast room service and they had limited heathy options- overall the in room dining menu mirrored Denny’s.
