We had a great time at this property. It worked really well for what we needed it for, for the few days while we were wrestling at a tournament. The only things we wish we would have known is that the one available bathroom listed is inside one of the 2 bedrooms so that was a little inconvenient. As well as there was no futon or couch in the kitchen like the listing mentions for an extra bed we were expecting. So we had our 4th person stay elsewhere. Everything else worked out fine.
