The staff were very nice. Always asking if you need any amenities. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel was very close to the strip. Very happy with the hotel.

Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and amenities. Very comfortable for short or long stays. The staff is very friendly and the location is within walking minutes from the Las Vegas strip and grocery/pharmacy stores. We had a two bedroom suite for 5 people. It was perfect. All beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed! Spacious bathroom. Convenient location!

Needs more comfortable beds you can feel the wires from a pullout bed and that’s the main bed that is used
