It was clean and I felt safe within the hotel. The rooms, however, are very dated and there was no onsite restaurant or bars. Having to walk to find food with my elderly aunt was slightly disappointing…..

Great location, nice rooftop pool with a great view, nice to have a full kitchen in the room.

I wish it had better things around the property

Nice and good location. Easy to walk to other places, restaurants!

Parking fee just added $20 a day.

If you are renting out a Studio unit, do not expect much. The room is about the size of a prison cell. No more than a foot or two around each side of the bed. The bed is a Murphy bed with spindly legs. Very very cramped. The “kitchenette” consisted of a small fridge, small microwave and a bar sink. I have a bad back and cannot sleep w/o having problems on a non permanent bed. Last thing I expected in this condo was a Murphy bed! I checked in, discovered this misrepresentation of the condo and went to the front desk. No mention of the sub standard bed situation. Explained I cannot sleep and stay in this “condo” Management would not budge on a refund even though they rented out my room. ( showed the property had no vacancies the next day). And to insult to injury they stole one night of “resort fee” even though I did not stay there. (I was In the room for 2 minutes that night and down to the desk immediately after discovering the misrepresentation). Totally unreasonable management. The Excalibur at 1/3 the price has a room more than double the size of the Polo Towers studio with a NORMAL bed! Stay away

They didn’t have my reservation upon arrival and check in took almost an hour. I was already exhausted. It was not pleasant.

It was an ok location, staff was great. This would be a great hotel if it wasn't Vegas. Didn't feel like the Vegas luxury that I was hoping for the price. And the Murphy bed instead of a real bed, was also disappointing. My friend and I joked the shower was "depressing."

Everyone was courteous and helpful. Really like the balcony, you can see the strip very well. We stayed in a studio room it was nice but I didn’t like the bed it was a little comfortable ,too hard didn’t sleep very well. The next time we come we will get a one bedroom.

We’re a family of 4 and chose this place because they offered a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The kids absolutely loved the kitchen. The building itself is older, but honestly the location is great, it’s right across the street from Aria hotel and there’s a Walgreens and Target about 500 ft away. I love that it’s tucked just slightly behind the strip so you don’t get random people in there. There’s also no casinos inside, so it doesn’t smell bad. The kids loved the rooftop pool. We didn’t get a chance to swim in it because it ended up raining, but we will stay again next time we’re in town.

I liked the two bedroom suite option . That way everyone can have their own space. What I did not like was the concierge service. When I declined their "free" gift she became rude and aggressive with me. Asking why I wouldn't take their gift to me. Last time I checked I am allowed to decline a service. I would stay there again but will go no where near the concierge desk. I give that service a zero rating

suite and location and roof top pool

The location was great because it was right in the center of the strip. The room was really small. We booked a suite with 1 bedroom through orbitz, but when we arrived, they couldn’t even find our reservation. They also said they don’t have any 1 bedroom’s available and that orbitz should not have offered that room.
