I like that there is no casino in the hotel. The rooftop pool was awesome! I would stay here again.

I will definitely stay here again. It was clean and spacious and quiet!

Had a great stay on the 9th floor facing Planet Hollywood and the Cosmopolitan. Wish we had a better view though, we were right over a huge parking lot. Easy to walk the strip, great location and right next to a Walgreens making it easy to pick up essentials without having to drive and park. We are not gamblers at all so having a nice quiet hotel without all the racquet and noise of the machines was wonderful! Also, if you've got a rental car, parking at Polo is the easiest of any of the hotels in Vegas! Other than the view our stay at Polo Towers was excellent!

The hotel was a in a decent location and the accommodations were ok, but the timeshare presentation was a very hard sell.

Experience was ok but our room wasn't clean. The location of the property is awesome- central and convenient for conventions and conferences close by. If you don't want casinos in your hotel, this is perfect.

Nice gym and rooftop pool. Near lots of entertainment

Enjoyed the balcony since we had 3 smokers. Close enough to the strip.

Arrived very late--10 pm...room gone but given an upgrade---to an absolutely fantastic mini-suite! So comfy we ended up buying a bag of muffins etc,, hotel room coffee --gift newspaper and enjoyed quiet breakfast rather than have to drag out for a place to eat!

great hotel, great room, great location, easy parking

Great time comfy room loved the pool even though I didn't use it

The 2 bed suite was spectacular. The full kitchen included pots, pans and everything you'd need at home. Rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Even the pull out couch was soft and easy to relax on. Our group of 4 had a great stay, we even booked our next trip to stay here again in a few months. This is the only place we will be staying from now on.

Hotel stuff are all nice, friendly, and very kind.

My experience at the Polo Towers was excellent I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff is so kind, they were also very helpful I will stay there again.

We stayed for 6 days from November 13 through 19. All six days and every moment we felt we are at our own home. We cooked every meal as if we do at out home in the fully equipped kitchen. Most part we felt are at our own home rather than a hotel. And it is at the center of all the buzz everything is at walkable distance. We already planned our next year trip with our stay only in Polo Towers. We recommend to all our friends. Thank you Polo Towers.

We opted to stay at the Polo Towers during out 6 nights in Las Vegas due to location, free parking, and full kitchen. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with an optional list of items we could request and we are not big gamblers so not having a casino in the resort was fine with us. Their rooftop pool is heated and we enjoyed a few afternoons there. The fitness facility is great lots of options for everyone, however with the temperature set to 70 it could get warm fast. The only issue with Polo Towers is it is a time share and the staff, while very pleasant are always pushing their pitch for 'free tickets' 'free stays' 'and the tour/meeting'. They didn't stop you while coming and going only during check in/check out and left one voicemail on our room phone.

I forgot my credit card, and my debit card didn't have money until the next day direct deposit. I think that it has to be a policy that you can pay cash, or even pay more!!! $200, or $500, I don't care how much I have to pay,I had cash, but according to the Hotel's policy that can't be possible!!! they refused to take my cash, and the answer was "you going to have to sleep outside", for God sake I just came from Miami, FL, we were tired, My hotel was booked and paid, how in the name of God I'm going to sleep on the street, because your policy said that I don't have credit card for the $100 deposit. My daughter sent 5 faxes with her credit card information from Miami, and the Lady on the from desk was so rude(I won't say the name) she didn't want to check the faxes, until the from Desk manager showed up, he was so dilingent, and explained me all the options I had, even though. I had to send 2 more faxes! Crazy!!!!!, If by any chance somebody steal my wallet I would be sleeping on the street, because of this ridiculous policy!!! Hotels have to be more flexible!!!

Every staff member treated me great, often going out of their way to help. The room was beautiful and spacious. It was awesome to have a full kitchen in Vegas so we could save money on some meals before a really nice, expensive dinner (I'm looking at you Gordon Ramsay).

Unless your interested in a time share I do not recommend this hotel. They will harass you to attended a presentation. The last thing I want to do when I'm on vacation is be bugged to purchase a time share.

Shower was dirty. At 8:15 AM Saturday morning it sounded like they were unloading dishes outside my room for 30 minutes after a late night on the strip. AVOID the concierge, they aren't paid to help you, they are paid to try to suck you into timeshares. The rooms are cramped, the murphy pull out bed is cheesy, although if you rented both halves of the suite, it could be handy.

Was in town for the trade shows, and found this hotel on the strip. I was weary about the hotel because it was not part of the top choices, and I never heard of it, but after arriving and noticing that there was no casino, I was delighted to stay a few nights. The bed for a studio was a sofa bed with a thick mattress. Not mad at it, it was comfy. They offered a microwave, fridge and coffee in a little kitchen area. This was great as I hate to spend on the strip. The hotel smelled awesome when you wake up, and the staff was helpful. What I didn't like was that they tried to sell you a 3night stay for a future date, which I have nob idea when is the next time i'll be able to stay there. Oh and Uber doesn't pick up there, you have to walk to the uber corner at the Marriot Courtyard to get picked up.
