very bad guests on property

I checked in and went up to the room. Sink was not working properly. Toilet didn't flush. It appears that mostlygang members as guests. Would never recommend this property. fyi, this was during the daylight hours.

Renters beware that it’s not a separate 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with a kitchen. It would’ve been a nicer place if it was a 1 bedroom and that the sleeper sofa wasn’t old thin and stained:/ No blanket for the sleeper was there. The bathroom is large with a separate shower and spa tub but we didn’t use the tub so don’t know if it’s as nice to use as it looks. This is best for a couple. Nice strip view. If the renter fixes the ad and the sleeper concerns it would be a lot nicer. The king size bed was fine. Next to Palms casino which is nice. Parking was easy and free outside.

Hard to beat the location.

One of the best things about this property is the view - on the 23rd floor looking over the entire Las Vegas Strip! Just a few minute drive to the strip, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the Sphere, and so much more. The owner is easy to communicate with. Staying here is like staying in a hotel, but without the hassle of having to walk through the casino and other loud and smokey public areas. We enjoyed our stay.

Just like the pictures. Beautiful view of the strip,especially at night. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Much better than staying in a standard hi itel room.

Get the amenities of the Palms such as restaurants and entertainment with a little more quiet and larger room. Love that there is no parking fee.
