False advertisement of air port shuttle as well as break fast. Both were not honoured and they blames Expedia for publishing wrong information. Motel is in a very shady area of teh town and not safe. Rooms are outdated.

It's not in the best part of town. One of the outside sewer cockroaches. I guess you wanna call them was in my room. On their website they say they have a rare shuttle to the airport and the motel that was incorrect. I do believe somewhere on the site I saw breakfast that is incorrect. This location does not even have coffee.

They are under major construction. None of the pictures posted of the common area is available except the pool. The elevator was out of service. Also no free breakfast even though that was listed as an amenity.

The black lady at the front desk knocked on our door cursing at us calling us names using profanity... then banned us from booking again on a bunch of lies.. no ice , no fridge, no pool no microwave don't book here...when we complained she called the police when we paid for the room again...how could she have the ability to lie on you then cancel your booking and we never got our money back....I never felt more low in my life because no one would believe us. My father us 77 years old Marine who did a tours in Vietnam. Yes he did curse at her but only after she did. But he had a right to. When he went to give her our reservation she stated she had called the police...yes we was like 30 min late because he had trouble working the site.....again he is 77...that was our last money and had to be outside all day...I promise to God im telling the truth I would not say nothing false because it's someone's job....but it is a fact. What she did was wrong on so many hours levels. And she will have to answer to God In the end....Im sure we are not the only ones who has had problems with this lady. I understand that it is a ruff neighborhood and all and you can't soft..But treating like this is the only option she has....Because her job was on the line so she had to make us these terrible people because she knew she was wrong. And she sold it to everyone that was involved..

Reserve habitación no fumadores y la habitación tenía muy fuerte olor a cigarrillo, las toallas eran transparentes en recepción tenía olor a cebolla y orines, el área de la piscina estaba sucia y de camino a las habitaciones había excremento de pájaro por todos lados, habían personas en los alrededores sospechosas en la noche huéspedes haciendo ruidos molesto tarde en la madruga nadie le llamó la atención, reservé dejándome llevar de las fotos, está bien si buscas resolver de momento pero para tu agrado y el bien de tu familia No recomendable, lo siento
