My room was clean, excellent housekeeping keeps the room tidy everyday. Checking in was not pleasant with front desk Estella, no smile, not friendly, very boring, no welcome, looks like she needs lot of training in hospitality n customer service, all my 9 days stay i use to see her but no greetings nor smile, but rest of the staff was too good, very helpful. When i was booking my stay i always ask for smoke free n pet free room coz of my allergies, she puts me in smoking room where i cud not breath, then my husband went and told her, inspite of sending emails to this stay about my request, she was not happy to change my room but with her dirty looks n miserable face she was forced to change my room. Pleasectaje note next time when guest requests non smoke for a reason n 9 days u guys shud realize to make your guest happy. Estella thought she is doing me a favour, she forgot we r the guest who pays her salary. This type of staff makes guest miserable. Hope some action is taken. Rest everything was good. No complaints. Hope other guest shud not face a person like her, they might not be able to express. Thanks for everything.
