AVOID THIS PROPERTY! First, it is located in a bad part of town....don’t walk outside at night. Hallways smell, people moaning in pain in their rooms, and not ideal location for peace and quiet. The hotel is across street from the Sunrise ER and you hear sirens all night. It is a fairly small room not meant for extended periods of time in the room. Nearest ATM is located several blocks away. The staff is friendly and the manager did refund two nights stay after several phone calls and a couple hours of effort/follow up. This kind gesture and friendly/helpful staff did give it a boost/redeeming value which I did greatly appreciate. I would still downgrade this hotel to a single star. ***BOTTOM LINE*** AVOID THIS HOTEL

I had to buy some bleach and clean the room. I asked for a set of the dishes they let you use super dirty. I would not stay here again.

I’m not sure if I ever have a bad review. My son and I stayed here only to sleep for a couple of hours before heading back on the road in the morning. Needless to say I did not sleep. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes (a non smoking room), the comforter smelled the same as if it had not been washed so I took it off and was cold all night. I got up to take a shower ~ no Shampoo & conditioner, nothing other than soap to wash your hands. I changed the toilet paper when I go there for there was only 2 sheets on the roll. In the morning I went to look for a fork in life and there is nothing....AT ALL in the kitchen. The breakfast in the morning was basically oatmeal or a muffin. This hotel has a good reputation of where I’m from New Jersey so I took that into account all staying here. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The room had absolutely nothing in it, you literally need to bring everything with you, coffee maker, hangers, dishes - there's nothing!!

Since I was in a rental car, the staff at the front desk was kind enough to hold onto my luggage and backpack after I had checked out already. I didn't want to risk my belongings stolen in the rental car until I was finally ready to leave at night and return the car at the airport.

The hotel looks nice from the outside but when you go inside it’s a complete disappointment. The hotel needs to be updated. There is no house cleaning. I will definitely never stay here again.

I will stay again however make sure u go food shopping first there’s an stove in the room .

Cost cutting is evident everywhere. Utensils were not in the room - we were asked to pick it from reception only when asked. Same with coffee machine. Sofa bed was in the room but no bedding or cover sheets. Only one bathing soap and small pack of shampoo No muffins during break-fast. Upon asking, someone removed it from closed cabinet and handed over. Overall this was disappointing.

I was really disappointed with this hotel and would avoid it. I knew I was in trouble when I was checking in and the receptionist was deflecting a complaint from another guest about their unsatisfactory room. It needs renovation badly. They stated up front no service would be performed in the room unless I was there 7 or more nights. Unwelcome surprise... I was afraid to touch the carpet. The towels and sheets old/stained. The location hardly warranted the price. Beware. There is nothing they can do to make it better other than strip 1995 out of there and start over.

Hotel is el-dumpo. There is a no-smoking policy but it's not enforced. All 3 floors are smokey & it permeates all the rooms. Tried 3 rooms. A/C didn't work in one, chain smoking dump ( 2 lights didn't work..no remote etc). in # 2 & reluctantly took the 3rd room. They advertise a Gym... but they don't have one. Never again............

The hotel room was clean and built in kitchen was a good amenity. Worth the money

the first desk clerk was too serious and stiff during checkin. The hotel itself is lacking in many areas including quality of furnishings and decor however I was able to sleep.

Manager was not very helpful even though the room that they gave us was not what we reserved.

Hotel overbooked so they did not hold our reservation. Said they had room for us at a "sister property" about 5 miles away. But when I called there to confirm, they were also overbooked and did not hold the reservation. The whole idea of a reservation is to HOLD it. So this place is just unethical. Stay away and they should be removed from those doing business on Orz. As a side note: the trash cans were overflowing everywhere and it smelled terrible.

Had to get your own clean towels every time you needed them and does not have a pool. But other than that, it wasnt bad. Would stay again

We arrived after 11pm, and nobody was there to check me in. The name of the hotel did not match the name that was on my itinerary either. It was called "Extended Stay" So I thought I was lost. Finally, I figured out that I needed to pick up the courtesy phone to get help. The guy wasn't the most pleasant guy to check me in, and he insisted that my husband had to come in and show his ID even after I told the man that he was in the car with our baby. Other than customer service, it wasn't easy finding a parking space. But the room was clean, it was quiet. Not too far from the convention center and there was a Denny's next door.
