A private spa extends off of a private balcony toward the Vegas skyline. Allowing you to live like a celebrity, this 3,800-square-foot unit has custom lighting, hardwood flooring and wood wall treatments. Walls of glass take in unobstructed views of the downtown cityscape, World Famous Las Vegas Strip, and surrounding valley. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a master suite with a sitting area, a large soaking tub. Full kitchen AND MORE
With 1 master bedroom, 3 guest bedrooms. and 3 and a half baths, there’s plenty of room for you and your guests! 1,400 square foot wrap-around deck with full views of the Strip and the western valley mountains. The living room has a 65" TV and a 55" TV with a pool table. Right outside is a hot tub on the 1,400 square foot wrap around balcony with glass paneling to enjoy gorgeous strip views.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and glassware. There is plenty of seating for your guests with 8 seats at the main table.
Very spacious and comfortable whether it's for extra guests or some down time. Electronic curtains in every room. Hot tub heated year round.
There is an iron, hair dryers, and hangers in The Penthouse available for your use.
