Room was horrible fir price point! Could have booked hilton for 1/3 of cost and gotten a better room! Our room was not crockford room. They put crockford name/shampoos in a hilton room to make it appear as such! Should have said we overbooked. We can acvommoadate in hilton and refund difference. Stayed in crockford last time so yes I know the difference!

I recently stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The valet team was extremely friendly and professional, and I was genuinely impressed by how warm and welcoming the front desk staff were at check-in. Their attentiveness truly set the tone for the stay. Throughout my visit, phone responses were quick and efficient, and the entire experience felt seamless. The room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and without a single flaw. Everything about the stay felt close to perfect, and I honestly wanted to give a 100/100. The only minor issue occurred at check-out. When I asked a question regarding my bill, a front desk staff member named Gerald seemed slightly annoyed and somewhat forceful in his tone. It stood out simply because every other interaction during my stay had been so courteous and polished. Aside from that brief moment, I was extremely satisfied. I also dined at Carversteak and Stubborn Seed, and both restaurants were excellent and added to the overall experience. The hotel was overbooked. We were placed in the Conrad instead which we had stayed before and desired to stay at hotel we booked. While we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite the suit was not needed and were disappointed to not stay in hotel we booked.
