We arrived at about 9 pm. Hotel was over book and we had no rooms. we were told we would receive credits for each room for the first night. I have only received credit for one room. I am due another credit.

The rooms looked like they had been completely remodeled recently and everything was new and very clean

I am used to a free breakfast in the morning at my hotels. This one didn't have it. No big deal but disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

Just wanted to let fellow potential users know that their internet speeds are not adequate for streaming. We're in 2017 and I personally feel that the ability to stream from sites like Netflix, Sling, Fire, etc is standard internet use these days. Other than that, a bit disappointed that you don't even get a free cup of coffee in the place, I don't stay in Vegas much so I don't know if that is the norm for hotels to give nothing complimentary. If you do indeed stay here, and like pizza, try Oasis Pizza - They deliver and it's excellent. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and nothing to complain about other than the internet speeds.

walkable to bus stop to access strip..Room and view on third floor very clean and view of stratosphere..Clean..very comfortable beds..I would stay here again..No resort fee..

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our main purpose of the trip was to attend the National Finals Rodeo events and in particular Cowboy Christmas at the LV convention center. It was a very short walk to Cowboy Christmas. Very easy to go back and forth. The bed was very comfortable as was the linen. Easy to request a cab for farther travel.

Our stay was wonderful Hotel staff was friendly I'm very good with accommodating our needs.

The hotel is well located from the convention centre as well as the Monorail. Comfortable rooms and staff was very helpful.

Close enough to walk to the strip, but atmosphere which allowed is to sleep through the night feeling refreshed. The room did have a weird order to it, unfortunately, although it appeared to be clean. The good thing is that the hotel is non-smoking unlike many of the hotels on the strip. Sad that the room did not have a microwave. The hotel also did not offer Continental breakfast, which was a disappointment considering the price. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. However, they could explain policies a little more efficiently to guest before processing payments, etc. Overall, I would possibly stay at this location again if I visit in the future.

Overall, it was a very good stay. I wasn't impressed with the person at check-in, but everybody else was very nice. The restaurant downstairs had very good food. Out of 4 meals in Miami including the one at a famous Cuban restaurant at the Lincoln Road Mall, and I had the best food at the hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel. it was off the strip. the cab ride to the strip wasnt expensive. friendly workers and informative. when i needed cab the hotel called one over for me. i enjoyed it. will go back in the future.

This was a great hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a plus!

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was very courteous, prompt, and attentive.

Our stay was satisfactory, but educational in the fact it was suggested going forward if I were to continue to use online booking services that I call to confirm reservations. Reservations made online sometimes are not always fulfilled!

it is clean, and the waiters are helpful. they can introduce information to you and help you.

It was in a quite place, no noise from traffic, wish we got a room facing the pool.

There was a problem with the toilet seat that we made the staff aware of when we checked out. A complaint that I had was that the bathmat was very dingy looking. Maybe not a big deal, but obviously it was noticed. Front desk person by the name of Ryan was most helpful and personable.

We had been at this location just a week earlier and received a room on the courtyard - wonderful. This time we didn't get that (but not everyone can every time!). After settling in a family moved in next door. I believe they were having a reunion and were quite loud. I went downstairs and requested a room change and it was accompished without any difficulty. My husband left his shoes in the room and phoned the next day and was told they had been found and would be mailed. I would have been more impressed had the hotel contacted us as soon as it was discovered.

This Marriott has hard beds & standard rooms. The layout and parking however is excellent. Parking is gated and fenced. Swimming pool and jacuzzi is clean and nice looking. Balconies on alot of rooms. Location is great, close to convention center and VERY close to the strip and monorail. I would reccomend this Marriott if you want a decent average place near the strip and convention center.

Like most Marriotts, it delivers the main items. A little pricey for this location and only had a basic snack bar that was overpriced for food and especially alcohol. In most cities, it would be a very good bargain. With all the choices in Las Vegas, I found it somewhat lacking for the price. An average value.
