Enjoy Vegas in comfort in a beautiful spacious house, located in a cozy neighborhood. Amenities include a newly remodeled kitchen and tons of living space. The backyard has a pool, mini putting green, and covered patio dining area.
Please note, pool is not heated. Jacuzzi coming June 2026!

The freeway is close by for easy strip access. Home is close to Summerlin, where some of Vegas locals favorites locations are, the Red Rock Casino and Red Rock National Park.
You can't go wrong with this great location!

Las Vegas Summerlin house

This is a nice, but slightly older, house in a great location if you want to be near downtown Summerlin. The house needs some minor updates (dishwasher door, trim around the back door, etc). Neighborhood is ok, never felt unsafe. Many of the beds are comfortable and a few are less comfortable. Overall, this was a good stay.
