I know it’s Vegas, but for the price of the room everything needs an upgrade. The entire property smells like smoke. The rooms are ok, but low quality care. If the price were lower, I might have a different experience and lowered my expectations.
Arizona Charlie’s is a peaceful, clean and excellent value.
Dirty
When we first got there we were given a room on the second floor that was pathetic. It was a smoking room on the second floor. Dirty stained carpet, food between the night stand, Easter candy but we were there in May. They did however give us new rooms on the 6th floor after requesting to be moved the next day. Housekeeping never recleaned our rooms. We had to ask for new towels and wash clothes. So weird. Elevator troubles through our whole stay. Definitely need some upgrades.
I stayed for 6 days no housekeeping was given. I Asked when my room will be cleaned and if can get clean towels, i was told they were at max capacity & they werent offering house keeping,( which was a lie beings i talk to a house keeper that was cleaning a room). My wife ended up sweeping the floor with a cloth, just so we can walk i our socks, & guess what we found, A Syringe. That goes to say the room dont get cleaned properly. I spoke with Lena at the front desk, she said that we can get some money back, just talk to Andrew (the manager), this guy was very rude. He said all i can give you is an apology & He told me that they expressed to me upon check in that we werent going to get any housekeeping. I was told abother lie, cause i wasnt told that at all. I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They charged me $143 hotel service fee, & i didnt get any service. Worst stay ever, I'd rather stay at a Motel 6, where i would get my room cleaned daily....
Nice place. A bit older but comfortable staff was very friendly and helpful
Last minute stay just for the hotel. Room was not clean, cigarette stains all around the hotel hallway and room. Bed very uncomfortable and only really small pillows. Shower faucet broken but still worked. Would not stay here again.
The room was clean on arrival, but not serviced each day. You have to ask for extra pillows, the room comes with two. The thermostat in the room wasn't working properly. The waitresses at the restaurant were very friendly and professional. It's smokey everywhere including your room, but you get used to it.
