Located close to everything in a super quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a security camera at the front door for your safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.


Winter time period:
To heat the jacuzzi is 35$ per day .
If you would like to heat the pool it will cost $85 per day but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it. There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in the pool.



Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 9PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.I have also officially been short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.

Nice house, good for large family stay

Overall great communication with property manager. House was clean and had all amenities advertised. Wish there was TV on main floor which is main entertaining area. Neighbors house next door was a bit off-putting visually, but overall neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Nice to have 4 large bedrooms which was perfect for our group. Pool and hottub were nice, but just know they are extra price to heat which I don't think I knew ahead of time.

Sisters reunion

A very roomy house. Lots of essential shopping nearby. There were not any instructions for TVs, washers/dryer, heating and cooling system, or the pool. Hand towels would have been nice. There was one unusable one. The tile floors were filthy. Our shoes and slippers became black on the bottoms.
