You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
1900 SqFt House 5beds/3bath W/Heated Pool/Spa/BBQ.
Located close to everything in a super quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a security camera at the front door for your safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.
Winter time period:
To heat the jacuzzi is 35$ per day.
If you would like to heat the pool it will cost $85$ per day but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it. There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in the pool.
Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 9PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.I have also officially been short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.
Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Nice house
House was beautiful, all the items you could possibly need for your stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working and couldn't be fixed until the day we were leaving. Very disappointing. Communication with host was variable

Better than a hotel
Its a really nice house, beds were comfy. A few things could be updated the outdoor furniture was falling apart so you couldn't use the lounge chairs to lay by the pool. Door handle fell off in the bathroom. The kitchen didnt have alot of cooking stuff only small pans, no cookie sheets, no towels or pot holders. The thermostat would randomly turn up to 77 degrees so maybe some instructions on house to set that. No check out instructions provided so was not sure what we were supposed to do. All in all just a few things a miss but good place to stay quiet and peaceful.
