It’s was a good property to stay in. A bit dated on the outside

I called down as the room had no remote for the tv. She said they had run out of them and I would have to do without. Bathroom looked old and grey bathtub peeling. Cupboard door was broken also

It’s a Wyndham property in poor has been condition

Everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was served in a cafetaria.

The toilet was stopped up wayer over flowing flooding the bathroom. I call they will have someone to unclogg it. No one shows up. I call to have towels brought to the room to soak up the water. Two hours later still no one. I call they will switch rooms. I’m on the fourth floor. The front desk person tells me the computer won’t allow her to change to another room. She suggested I come down four floors and a distance long hallway to the lobby to use the bathroom. There is nothing she can do because the maintenance guy wasn’t there. The hotel is old and worn out. The bathroom sink had been broken and glued back together. The AC was on high at 60 degrees and took several hours to cool the room comfortably. The free breakfast was cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy. Miniature 4 oz boxes of apple or orange juice. A small quantity of coffee danish rolls I wouldn’t even sample. The hallways filled with the smell of marijuana. Majority of guests where construction workers.

Bathroom tub was disgusting. I had to place a towel over the tub in order to shower. The bathrooms need complete renovation. Only one towel is provided.. no hand towels are provided. Carpet definitely needs a cleaning.

Go somewhere else! The staff is rude. When I first walked into the hotel there was no one at the desk. I said "Hello" and no one came out. When I said to another customer that no one was here they finally came out. Then the woman behind the counter was rude, and acted like she didn't want to give me a room. The guy behind the counter helped the person behind me and he had an idea of customer service. She told me to give her my ID, didn't ask, then proceeded to walk away from me without a word. The guy offered a choice of rooms to the other customer, she assigned me a room. I came back later and she was smiling all in the face of some guys. SMH. Corporate wasn't much better when I called. They said I needed to tell the property manager. Basically they leave it up to the customer to confront their staff! It gets better or worse I should say. Cheap motels look better and have better accommodations! There is a hole in the wall (literally)! The bathroom could be described as Spartan. There is one lamp by the bed and none on the desk. Not sure how I'm supposed to work. After I posted this review I found out they had no washcloths in the room either. After reading reviews on this site and others I found that the lack of washcloths is not uncommon. They really should shut the place down.

Hotel is over priced. The hotel needs major renovations; the building needs total overhaul. At a rate of $112 w/ Orbitz, and $189 regular rate, this hotel was totally not worth it. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay at the Ramada due to all other hotels in town (between Palmdale and Lancaster) being sold out with a softball tournament event taking place.

Bad location. Did not feel safe. Rude staff. There is a man in the evening that was rude and inattentive.

There was a weird smell. Carpet was dirty, stains all over. Sheets also had stains.

I had stayed here before overnight just to sleep and go and I was fine with it for that having the free breakfast and leaving so this time I made reservations in advance and paid for work. that first day work was postponed @ 5:30 am so I returned to Ventura and attempted to change booking for arrival - Cant change after Midnight still have to pay for room for that night? So I drove back out there to use the room I was forced to pay for. Check in was pleasant then I got to room, found no towels, called front desk. Two hours later still no towels! Called again, a man brought me two towels no face towels no washcloths! I told him i needed all the towels, he returned with 1 washcloth! Ok so then I go to get ice, I'm on the 4th floor BTW, Ice machine is running but no Ice, walk all the way up to the front desk, Ice machine is broken! No sign, nothing! Work wrapped up early and didn't need to stay the last night, called the night before to the front desk and told them, called Orbitz. Next morning was told Manager says I couldn't receive a refund I had to pay for room anyway! Called before midnight? No refunds! Well our job will continue in the area for over a month, I had planned to stay there but now I'm staying down the street where they appreciate your business and not just take your money.

The rooms are clean and nice. But it have very annoying noise even at night time. Sound like a old AC keeps on and off or the elevator goes up and down. Can't sleep whole night.

Rooms wreak of illegal substances and strong perfume from women walking halls until late hours. I was there on a Tuesday night.

Even though the room was clean & the bed was comfortable, this hotel is in need of a face lift! Way over priced for an old out dated facility. The security doors don't work and the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg!

Great staff, quick hassle-free check in.well stocked continental breakfast, perfect for a quick bite to eat during our rushed mornings. The parking lot looks sketchy, but we did not have have any bad experiences.the hotel can use some upgrading, but it was clean, convenient and the price was right.

Tried to get a late checkout didn't even want to give us 15 minutes

Very dissatisfied! Checked in.The room across from lots of noise. Requested a quiet room, wanted to rest. Room changed, 4th fl. Went out for a bite, arrived later in evening, smell of old food. Opened curtains, found a dried up half of eaten apple, molded. Called to speak to a Hotel Mgr. None available. Took PHOTO. Next morning, went to see Mgr. On duty, explained my issue. Left ouy, room was to be cleaned. I rrturned, to find the same dried up Apple in the room. Undesirable staff cleaning!! No one seem to be concerned of this. WILL not be going back.

Good HOTEL, NICE and QUITE, Good PRICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND

This is the hotel we stayed for state cup. It has friendly hotel staff. the room is clean. The only issue is its location. It is close to freeway, easy to find but too noisy at night.
