Our window was missing a screen. We informed the front desk, nothing was done during our stay. We also asked if housekeeping could change the sheets on one of our beds because there was an overnjght accident and when we got back from being gone all day, no one had come in to change the sheets. We had to go downstairs (it was late) and grab extra blankets and put them on the bed ourselves. I was also told I would be given a discount and that never happened. Parking is at cost. The manager is very friendly, though and the overnight worker was also super friendly when I checked in. This was my second time staying, but I won't return.
