It obviously needs updating, compared to the Hampton Inn in Las Vegas where we had stayed the night before, and the bathroom ceiling leaked during Hurricane Hilary.
The A.C.was very noisy but everything else was great
The breakfast area was clean and pleasant. The food was good. The staff was exceptionally cheerful and accommodating.

I clicked on the desired room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed because there were 5 people and when I went there the room did not have a sofa bed. That caused a couple of our party to make a long drive home after a late event in the area which was why we got a room in the first place. I know I chose the room with the picture of the 2 queens and a sofa bed. I knew it was necessary for the number in our party.

There were NO AMENITIES! Not even REGULAR COFFEE! No pool, no room service, not even the bar was open! Highly disappointed in the price with what they offer and online it says NOTHING about these being closed!
Property needs an overhaul. Although I think the property appeared clean it was hard to tell what is dirty and what is old. Chairs and tables in dining area were clean, but hotel lobby chairs were stained and should not be there. Dresser drawers were not working correctly and not fixed before we left. Shower was good, but chrome gone from tub spout. Sheets and towels clean, but carpet so dark it looked dirty. We won't be staying there again.
The room was huge! It had great natural light and was very quiet. Workout room was nice, a little dated. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Powdered eggs and no meat options, mostly carbs.

Didn’t like the parking charge. It was an unexpected charge as it wasn’t in effect when the reservation was made. It seems odd for a hotel located in this kind of area.
