We booked this location specifically for the price and the swimming pool. Upon arrival, I found that they are remodeling, which is badly needed as the entire place is very outdated. The pool wasn't in service (again the MAIN reason we chose this place) so that was really frustrating as it was not stated anywhere when booking! There was no discount offered, no "coupon", not even an apology. Upon checkout, I found that they charged my card $50 for "potential incidentals". I could understand a "pre-authorization", but not an actual charge! Upon checkout, she told me it would take up to 7 days to get it back!!! They took it instantly, but then delay returning it. That's just garbage in my opinion. Soooo, although the room was clean, we won't be staying there again.

EVERYTHING was “under construction.” Pool was ice cold. Hot tub, sauna, bars, restaurants were all out of service. Didn’t get told about the situation until after check in. Rooms are very outdated and in need of renovations. Overall, just run down…hopefully the construction is successful (might be better off to raze the building and start from scratch!)

The hotel was advertised as having a full breakfast, and there was no breakfast whatsoever. Everything was under construction, and it was a mess. Rooms were less than desirable.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and we werent aware when making the booking. The room was HUGE and clean, the pool was not heated (as part of the renovations) and that was the main reason we booked this property. The kids managed to swim a little bit but they were super cold. I hope the property succeeds.

The room we eventually received (1st room had not been cleaned) was a refurbished room; however, several items needed repair: electric outlet didn't work which meant no lamp or radio; towel rack not attached on 1 side; sink faucet sprayed water because no screen in faucet; kleenex tissue cover falling out of wall; bathtub faucet not connected properly. The common area bathroom had no toilet paper. The outside door B was not properly secured so anyone could enter the building without a room key. This property has potential but the refurbishing company is not very good. One section of the complex should be completed correctly before starting work on another area. It could be a beautiful place with a beautiful pool area. The exterior landscaping could be more inviting.

The staff is great bordering on amazing. They’re clearly aware that the property is trash. But you get what you pay for. The shower was a trickle and the refrigerator didn’t work. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

I would stay there again.
The room was fine. We had the poolside room so we had a patio straight tot he pool which was cool. You could see a some wear and tear on the furniture but nothing bad. The only “not good” thing was that the patio door was really hard to open and close.

The hotel was magnificent at one time. Now it’s older and not maintained real well. The staff was great and the room was good. It was right next to the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance and we never got to go swimming. The pool area was beautiful.

The eb site stated they were pet friendly, had a pool and offered bfst. It cost an extra $25.00 for our cat….dogs are free, the pool was closed and no breakfast. These were all the reasons I booked this hotel and it turned out to be a bust.

Checked in to find and be told that hotel was being remodeled and breakfast, pool, fitness center and whirlpool were unavailable. Accessing the room on the back side of property was difficult as the lot had not been properly plowed and our vehicle nearly got stuck after the recent snow.

This property is very old and although they are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms the overall presence is shabby at best. They offer virtually no anemities. The clerks did the best they could but resources are obviously limited would only stay there again if , like this time, there was nothing else available
