In the morning we saw that the breakfast bar was not available due to improper licensing, even though it was included in our charge. When we asked the woman at the front desk about a compensation, she rudely answered that their website stated all over that the hotel was being renovated and that if we were unsatisfied we could stay at another hotel (despite our check out being that morning). When went to our room to pack our belongings, and my husband went online to find their website, just to see. Turns out, there is no website!! We even asked the cleaning staff if they could help us find any sort webpage, and they confirmed there wasn't one. Couldn't even find a Facebook account, just something to state renovations. We went down to return our room keys and confront the dishonest woman. An older gentleman attended the desk, and then emerged from the back office the dreaded woman. My husband said he could not find the website that explained we wouldn't be offered the amenities included in our price, to which she huffed "I didn't say there was a website." I understand if the hotel is experiencing renovations, just do not lie to cheat our your paying customers. And get this...the night before we went to the front desk to ask a question, to which a young man was on duty. Standing to the side was the very woman, drunk and spewing her lowly opinions of us. (We had never seen her at this point). Very disappointed with the service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfort that would not pump up and a queen sheet on a king bed! When we arrived back from our vacation and tried to call for pickup at the airport, all I got for 45 min. was an answering machine! It was hot so I called a cab. Cab fair was $12 and I really expected hotel to reimburse me since they would not answer the phone. The reception lady said she was vacuuming and didn't hear the phone! Would not reimburse me. No breakfast or pool as listed. Very rude manager and reception lady....

The only good thing about this hotel is the nightly rate. Needs a lot of work. Very dated and dirty. Only stay here if it is your last choice. Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Overall not a good stay.

I was arriving late and called in advance to make sure the shuttle from the airport would still be running. They told me it only ran till midnight, but if I arrived before then, it would be no problem. My flight landed at 11:45 PM, I called and they told me to call back when I had my bag. I got my bag at 12:02 and called immediately. They told me (unapologetically) that the driver had gone home. I had to take a cab to the hotel. This was one of the two main reasons I booked there. The other reason was that they served a full breakfast and I had a two hour drive in the morning to see my son graduate. I received a call WHILE IN FLIGHT THE DAY OF TRAVEL that they were no longer serving breakfast there. They had three weeks to let me know this. Their only accommodation for this was to "let me" rebook somewhere else without a cancellation fee. Not easy to do after midnight after a full day of travel. The frazzled desk clerk had been yelled at all day by angry guests. He "upgraded" me to another room. The room smelled of mold, had numerous items falling off the walls. The moulding was peeling and moldy. The door had a 1/8" gap which let light in from the hall. The slide lock on the door was broken. Two of the four lamps in the room didn't work, and it included the cheapest, crap recycled soap and shampoo I've ever seen in a hotel room. Don't stay here. It's a great property run like a slum.

Extremely rude and unprofessional service, they will charge you extra hidden fees once you are there, that are never mentioned before. Defrauding customers is not the way to run a business. Once I got there and found out I had to pay 30% more than what I had already paid, I demanded a refund, which they refused to give. What they did was plain blackmail: either you pay more than what you already paid, or we will steal your money and you will have to go stay at another motel and thus pay double. Avoid like the pest

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before we caught a flight out of KCI. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome. The guy at the front desk and the girl that made our drinks went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The room was clean and was exactly what we needed for the night. The shuttle the next morning was ready to go at 4:20 a.m. as promised so we could catch our 6 a.m. flight. We are staying here again in a few weeks before we fly to Las Vegas for a few days.

I stayed on January 13, 2017, just one night. They had charged my account 3 times. Was told I was getting a credit for the 2 additional charges. Instead, I was charged have been hit with 4 charges to my checking account. It has cost me now $532 for a one night stay. It is now January 24, 2017 and still no credits to my account.

Very personal hotel; the rooms are very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It reminds me of a historic Williamsburg hotel, very much like a bed and breakfast. Keep in mind the interiors have older furniture, but it all looks to be in great condition. This is our second time staying here and we will stay here again.

Terrible! This is not a hotel that you go to sleep at, this is a hotel that you go to for a park and fly. There was nothing nice about this place, cold showers. Nasty blankets something you might give your dog but I wouldn't. Wall paper coming down. There were only 2 parking places available, cars next to our window. Cars right next to doors. If a fire truck had to get to the building it couldn't. A fire inspector needs to walk through the building.

Horrible place. The lady at the front desk was rude when I asked for fresh food. The hot tub is very outdated and the Jets sound horrible. This hotel needs some serious repair. The booths in the dining room are torn up. There is carpet coming up and tiles are cracked and broken. The website says breakfast buffet, however it was cereal and gross eggs and sausage. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread and the milk jug is VERY unsanitary!! I have stayed here twice and it's horrible both times. Need better everything as this hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star and the price is too high for the quality of everything.
