The first room i got smelt like mold and mildew. I complained to the staff and was immediately given another room. The rooms look nothing like the online pics. The decore is old and there was wrinkles in the carpet. Major trip hazard, looks like carpet needs streching. The outdoors is beautiful so i was disappointed to see such old decore. Breakfast sucked, only had apples and blueberry muffins. Most continental brakfast come with eggs i thought.

Despite the hotel needing some major cosmetic improvements( no drop ceiling on some floors) we were relatively satisfied with the first room we checked in. When we returned from dinner the first night I noticed a serious water leak from above in the bathroom, so they moved us to another room on another floor. The next night as I was about to go to bed the ceiling started dripping on me, so we asked for another room. The hotel staff said they had one room left on yet another floor, so we took it, I could tell the hotel staff was doing the best they could to accommodate every one and they had a good attitude about it all but I have to question the safety of the hotel as a whole with an abundance of leaks and the massive need to renovate practically every floor. Would not recommend.

The place is under construction and seem to be using this to have only a loaf of bread for the free breakfast,and closed this and that. It had old carpet and a smell of mold. It was inexpensive.

This hotel used to amaze me but now with everything shut down front the hot tub to the hot breakfast and no longer offering cribs or the fact the bar is shut down I WON'T BE GOING BACK WASTE OF MONEY

My husband and I have been staying in hotels the last couple of months until our new place is ready. We like to make our own opinion on hotels. But, this is the first hotel I will implore that all read the reviews first and reconsider staying here. We booked over a week here, and two times housekeeping came inside our room after check-out when we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign up and were set to not check out at all! Both times the front desk claimed they did not have our reservation after the embarrassing encounters with housekeeping even though our booking site clarified the hotel received the confirmation WAY before. The first time housekeeping came in, I was in the middle of putting clothes on, so I ran to the door to slam the door on them (it was a male walking in on me, NOT HAPPY!!) Then again, the SECOND time they did this, my husband and I were sleeping in as I had a migraine, and while both of us were indecent, housekeeping walked ALL THE WAY IN THE ROOM when it was obvious we were in it (our items and ourselves along with the reservation showed that). I yelled for them to "please leave," so they did, but they left our door wide open! I'll just say it, I sleep in my lingerie, did not appreciate having to run to the door to shut it while SOMEONE WALKED BY and saw! I'm still cringing. Not to mention we heard housekeeping say to "mark a room clean" as they were too tired to clean it. Along with a needle out in the parking lot, and an abundance of bugs and arachnids in room

Didn't advise beforehand that the place was under renovation and new management and that promised amenities were not available.

This used to be a good place to hang you hat for the evening and park you car and take their shuttle to the airport for an early flight. Not so much anymore. The parking lot rental and shuttle have become their primary focus. The hotel has suffered because of this. The lobby was a mess (dirty) the halls and rooms smell of mold. The beds have all gone downhill. We has three rooms for our group, all the room have suffered from neglect. Mold in the bathrooms bad fixtures, peeling wallpaper. Even the shuttle service has suffered from too much popularity. We had no driver to take us to the airport after our miserable nights stay. They found a backup guy who drove very unsafely. Never Again!

Hello I came in around midnight from my flight from Phoenix to Kansias City. The hotel clerk is new on his job and could not locate my name on the computer. I gave the obieitz and confirmation number. He still could not find. It got him 1 hour to complete the process. I got room but with wrong key. It was stating over to complete another paper work. Finally I got right room with room key/. Next morningm I found out that I was charged with full room charge. I was able to get the refund. Poor breakfast bar

Awful experience and stay away from this hotel. Manager is no help and a bit of jerk.

close to airport, but maybe not worth it

it's all about air[port parking now.
