1st thought parking was part of package: had to pay extra 2nd Shuttle not given as arrival was delayed so had to arrange taxi for pick up. Very Disappointed.

Location and price were the plusses. Bathroom was terrible. Towel rack coming away from wall, light fixture was missing, tub had stains, and tile around tub needed to be replaced. Hotel is also long term parking for airport, which required us to park in the back of the hotel well away from our room. One of the doors in the back was locked and could not be opened which made the parking that much more inconvenient. Lighting in hotel was low and eggs were cold last day because the heating plate wasn't working.

I've stayed in some shady places. This one by far was not doable. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Down the doors. Roaches possibly. Hotel staff asked if the Windows had been left open or if they were ladybugs even after I showed them the video and pictures. Didn't stay long enough to even put down our luggage.

A bit run down, but, everything worked. Was fine for me, especially for the price.

The room was filthy, the ceilings were full of spider webs, there even was a dead roach inside the fire evacuation map behind my door. The lobby and hallways smelled of old fried food. I would never stay at that place again, nor would I recommend it to someone. This hotel needs to be off your list Orbitz.

They're were bugs in room crawling on the wall, took pictures packed my stuff and went to the front desk. The clerk didn't seem too concerned and only offered to move me to another room treated me like I was lying! Second room was still dingy but there were no bugs so that was a plus.

I booked this hotel specifically because they had an indoor pool. On day of check in we are told the pool is not able to be used due to cleaning because someone threw up in it. Was not able to access the pool the entire weekend due to it being shut down. On a good note, room service food was very good.

The hotel appears older but wasn't overall too bad. The bed was a bit hard but the bartender was awesome

This place has character. It seems well past its prime with an unkept courtyard and few guests. There was a musty smell in the hallway. It was a wonderful retro feeling. The staff were casual and very friendly. The bed was so comfy I slept like a baby

Staff was friendly. Wish I had a refrigerator and microwave. Older hotel, but I didn't have any problems with my stay.

Just crappy all over ice bowl had a hole leaked and elevator was broke and no refrigerator

First there was no parking, ice container in the room was cracked and had water all over n the morning. Burn hole in the sheet. Blood on the comforter. Trim in dresser was missing in 1 side. Toaster at breakfast burnt the bread in one side. Waffle maker took 15 minutes to make waffles!!!

Let's start with check in: when we reserve through any third party including Orbitz, we can forget about AARP and military discounts at the desk. Parking is nonexistent because they sell the hotel parking spots as park and fly spots. We can park our car there for a week and take the hotel shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately, this leaves no parking for actual hotel guests. Guests must use the back door in an unlit parking lot. This door is not secured or locked. Once inside, We were assailed by the smell of smoke and sweat. Only one of the two elevators works...sort of. We could take the elevator up but when we tried to come back down, the doors won't open. Once we reach our room, the only lights that worked were in the bathroom. The sleep number beds did not work at all so we ended up sleeping on the inner springs and coils. We had to request clean sheets as there was hair in our bed. The only positive was a low flow pressurized shower head.

If you like moldy smell, carpet coming up, warped flooring, then this hotel you will love! Worst place we have ever stayed! The pictures are very deceiving, it was not even close to as clean as the pictures made it look! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It took forever to check into the hotel, then they were out of parking so I had to park in the grass. The elevators did work and the hotel was obviously outdated and not very clean. To top it off they weren't going to pick me up for the airport shuttle when I landed because they couldn't find my info even though I had payed $5/day for the Park and Fly. I recommend staying almost anywhere else near the airport.

Easy access quiet rooms. Never heard any other guests. Breakfast was typical free fare.

Room was tired and needed cosmetic repairs. There was a bath towel wrapped around the sink pipe to keep it from dripping. The sink didn't drain right. I brought it to their attention and they didn't seem to care. The carpet was raveled. When I booked it, the room description said microwave and mini fridge. Room had neither and the front desk acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Room smelled stale from old cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Parking was very bad too. Seems that you can also pay to park your car there when you fly out from the nearby airport and that takes up all the good spaces for the guests. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. Clearly a hotel that no longer met Clarion standards, was defranchised and purchased by someone who is simply going to ride it out with no investment and cutting every corner to make money off the investment. Seriously doubt they get any repeat business. First hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a mattress pad on the bed. Very thin sheet over older mattress. Not hygienic or comfortable. Toilet had major stains at the base and you could tell it had been leaking. Breakfast was warm, but very limited in choice, and was challenging to even find a salt shaker. Napkins were bi-fold paper towels typically used in gas station restrooms. On the plus side, the scrambled eggs were real, not powdered, the desk chair was Hermman Miller Aon (probably more valuable than all the other room furniture combined) and the staff was friendly. Not a bad stay if you get it for the price of a 2-star, but don't expect anything more, and certainly not to the standards of a respected chain 2-star.
