Check in was so easy. The rep was very warming. I'll definitely return.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. Our first night had no problems and my brother was able to check in early. Our second night had one issue but was resolved quickly by the staff. The hotel is located close to the airport.

Was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and was always able to get fresh towels. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

Clean, spacious, comfy room. Great kitchen area. Staff were curious and professional. Close to airport. Breakfast was a grab and go and was enough for us to eat.

We had no idea we would have to pay EXTRA for daily maid service! No ice machines...and a very poor 'breakfast'. Probably would not stay here again

the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. we had a wonderful stay and plan on staying again on future trips.

Nothing extraordinary, but for $54 a night it was just what I needed. Close to airport, shopping, and dining. Room was dated, but clean. While it was listed as a non-smoking hotel, it was obvious it is not enforced (my room didn't smell like smoke but the hallways were pretty smelly).

The hotel is advertised as this brand but when you pull up to the address it is a different hotel. I went in to check and it used to be a the name above a year ago...Change the name on the website! the hotel is nice, clean, well kept, good location.. Everything was great just fix the name!!!!

Room was clean but much smaller than we expected...tight and compact. Location was fine, near a waffle house for breakfast.

This started out on a low note when I called the hotel to confirm that the room had 2 beds & was non-smoking as it was not clear at the time of the reservation. The clerk I spoke with was uninterested, unhelpful & uninvolved. I hung up in disgust & called back in 2 hours to speak with a manager . I got him again & was told there would not be a manager in for 2 more days & he was there alone with the housekeeping. I was assured that there was an airport shuttle available at 5am the following day. Homstead/Extnded Stay scraped the bottom of the barrel in selecting their employees. with the exception of the clerk who checked us in(different from the phone voice) everyone else was too busy complaining about management & how hard they worked to care about their guests at all. The hotel was full of smoke fumes, among other smells. The walls & floors were dirty & tobacco stained. I did not trust that there would actually be a timely airport shuttle so I paid $60 for a cab in the morning to make my plane flight. The room was dirty, the air conditioning was loud. There was no hotel map. The list goes on & on. If I could rate less than zero I would.

Very comfortable. Very clean. Very quite. Enjoyable experience. Thanks

I requested a non-smoking room, but it was not available, so that was a bummer, because it stunk in the room and in the hallway. The hallway air conditioner was broken the two days we stayed, so it was muggy and hot walking to and from the room. The hotel only offered paid services that other hotels offer for free (such as changing towels and sheets). The hotel expected the dishes to be washed, but didn't offer any dish soap, just a packet to put in the dishwasher--I didn't want to run the whole dishwasher for 3 tea cups; I would've rather hand-washed them. There was no room service at all, except if you paid for it. Anything we needed, like toilet paper, coffee refills, a cart to bring our things up, etc, we had to go down to the bottom floor desk and request them. For this price, I could've gotten much better service at another hotel. The price was a bit under average, but the hotel standards were much less than average from what I have seen. It wasn't terrible, but there are better options out there for the same price.

Provided the comfort, location convenience and price/value during a late night stopover, after traveling from Kirksville, Mo. and catching early fight the next morning at the Kansas City Airport with wife and adult daughter.

Very nice rooms and excellent staff

The room was smaller than expected. water leak by ac/ unit, wet carpet. clogged drain in shower. Noisy and busy in halls.

Asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Bed was so creaky it was funny. Very uncomfortable bed. The room was clean. For the price you would think it would have included breakfast. Out door pool was nice.

the hotel room had a couch, work station, and full kitchen. very clean. wireless internet was fast and reliable. I'm very pleased with the service. would definitely stay here again!! :)

Beds were very hard.....

We stayed here for one night while we had work done at our house. The room was small and dirty, the bedding had cigarette burns in it. Not impressed. Our bill ended up being $95 since we had a pet, they charge $25 per night.

the late nite staff was great, she went above and beyond to make our short stay enjoyable.
