SeaView is located on a stunning stretch of unspoiled beach, next to the Omni Hotel in the amazing Amelia Island Plantation, minutes away from a full scale grocery store. The thoughtful attention to details makes this oceanfront home a special place for you and your guest.

Only a few steps to the beach, oceanfront pool(pictured) and the Sunken Forest, an amazing look-out site. Many of the walking/bike trails through the Resort are under the tree canopies, shaded for your comfort. In the Resort is a mini golf course, Little Sandy golf, corn hole, massive chess and checkers board, ping pong, great restaurants, a Spa, bike, kayak, paddleboard and golf cart rentals and Segway and kayak tours. All just a short walk from the condo. There is also a lovely Chapel in the resort with Sunday services. And of course, amazing Centre Street in downtown Fernandina Beach is 7 miles away!

We think you will find that this location is ideal. You can park your car and never need to get in it again until it's time to depart. However, if you do choose to explore more your options are endless. In the resort itself there are many private parks and playgrounds. The Drummond Point Park on the river side of the resort offers free Ping Pong, Pickleball Courts (we have rackets for your use), Basketball Court, Playgrounds and Pétanque Courts. At Drummond Park you'll also find boardwalks that meander out along the salt marsh giving you an amazing vista where you may see great blue herons, egrets or some of the many other water birds that inhabit this area. Visit Walkers Landing and enjoy viewing the beautiful Walkers Creek which is the perfect spot for fishing or just enjoying an amazing sunset.


**Please be advised this property is not rented thru the Omni Hotel and does not give you access the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service. The Omni Racquet Park is available for paid tennis and pickleball clinics or private lessons. The pool for your use is the one in the photos.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
Please note that our cancellation policy is more favorable to the guest then the one offered by VRBO. In the event you have to cancel please let us know and then cancel on the VRBO site. ***We will do our best to get another booking for your cancelled dates. We will reimburse you for the nights that get booked (which maybe a lower nightly rate), minus any fees from VRBO.

If you want to fully protect your vacation investment, in case of sickness, change of plans or a hurricane, we suggest that you purchase a cancel for any reason travel insurance policy.

We want to remind you that hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. You may want to consider travel insurance to protect your vacation investment during this time. We do not issue refund due to weather reports, and will only refund if the roads on Amelia Island are officially closed.

Things To Do:
The resort restaurants Falcon's Nest, Bob's Steakhouse, Natural Slice, Veranda, Oceanside Cafe and Marche Burette are a short walk away. For the Omni's Oceanside Restaurant in the hotel overlooking the pool and ocean you may need to reserve a table through OpenTable. All the others you can just walk into or make reservations during busy times. Walkers Landing and Drummond Point on the marsh side of the resort, offers free play at ping pong, pickleball courts(we supply racquets), basketball and pétanque courts.

We provide 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella. Sunsetters provide beach loungers and umbrellas for a daily fee, set up for you on the beach, ordered online or call (904) 557-4393. Club 14 Fitness offers a full gym with daily rates and is about a ten minute drive away

Discover the charming and historical downtown of Fernandina Beach about a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find bars, restaurants, shops, historical landmarks, offshore fishing, boat and sailing excursions including sunset tours and a interesting harbor marina to stroll around or just to sit and enjoy the view. Also nearby are 5 Florida State Parks including historical Fort Clinch and horseback ride on the beach at Amelia Island State Park or have the horses delivered to another nearby beach.
