Checked into hotel, room door was open. Room appeared to be clean pulled back sheets blood stain dog hair sand all in one bed. The other bed full of sand and makeup on sheets. Called front desk was told they were booked but someone would come change the sheets. Lady from laundry came new sheets were dirty and stained, worker was upset and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. Finally got clean sheets on the bed, shower was not cleaned and surfaces had fingerprints. Was told someone could come and clean the room the following day. Disappointed. Management notified.
The staff was very friendly and informative. Kitchen staff very conscious of covid procotal.
Maybe the whole hotel industry has forgotten how to do the whole hospitality thing, but this Hampton inn and Hilton support was the absolute worst I've experienced in a long time. Spent hours on the phone & twitter support on a Sunday afternoon just trying to switch from a single king to a double queen *without negotiating the price down or anything*--just trying to switch rooms in an empty hotel. Too hard for Hampton/Hilton. Never again.
Clean, friendly, Attentive. Check in was a nreeze and greeted with a smile and just a joyful atmosphere.
Only a five minute walk to the beach. Extremely clean. Went above and beyond to make sure my family knew we would be safe and healthy during our stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great accommodations. Plan to stay here again in the future!
The room was not properly cleaned, the shower was dirty upon arrival, a lot of hair on the shower wall, in the sink and on the toilet. Beds were not the most comfortable in my opinion. This hotel is in a prime location. Walking distance to the beach, they provide beach chair and blanket rentals free of charge for guests. Staff is extremely nice. Overall besides the cleanliness of the room it’s a decent hotel, I however wouldn’t stay here again.
