Spend the day floating in the refreshing pool or bask in the desert sun. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of pool or Ping-Pong, or relax assembling one of the puzzles available. For meals, you can choose to BBQ on your private grill within the kitchen island or inside with the fully equipped kitchen. You may choose to dine indoors or outdoors, as there is plenty of room. To end the day, soak in the bubbling spa or sit around the firepit under the stars.

For music lovers, world-known Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are just three miles away where you can enjoy your favorite bands. Try your luck at gambling or have a drink in the 12th-floor lounge at Fantasy Springs Casino, just over three miles away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an inactive security camera on the back corner of the home, but it's only active when the home is vacant. It's angled directly into the wall when the home is occupied, and angled towards the pool area when the home is vacant. There is also an active RING doorbell on the front door.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
